In the meantime, I have a question about a second character. Are they just going to drop in (Read: stumble upon the store) after our first dies or would they exist alongside?
And here you are!

Name: Travence Girt

Gender: Male

Age: 22

Appearance: Standing 6'3 and over two-hundred pounds, Travence Girt cuts an imposing visage. Years as a lackey have left him knicked and scarred and his black sweatsuit clings tightly to his large frame. Scraggly black muttonchops and a head of black hair tucked in his black toboggan round out his brutish attire. After all, it was just another job.

Strengths and Weaknesses, Quirks and Traits: Travence is as strong as an ox and just as smart. A small time enforcer for a petty start up in the lower East Side, Travence is used to other people doing his thinking for him. Go here, break that, wanton destruction is second nature for the living battering ram as long as he has someone to point him in the right direction. As such, Trav is very indecisive on his own and incredibly susceptible to manipulation. Woe be unto the betrayer should he survive it however as his single-minded nature leaves no room for mercy.

A Brief History: Growing up in New York, drugs were a common fixture. It didn't take long for neighbors and family friends to see the merit in having a stout runner too dumb to ask questions. From a young age, Travence had always done "favours" for people. At the time, he thought himself no different than any other decent child helping out their elders. Simple jobs or go here, fetch this were rewarded with gifts and praise. Everything went well until one night his father caught him sneaking out of the house.

A blur of a memory now, Travence remembers his next favour involved silencing some loud mouth. Some broken bones and a few cries for help that sounded suspiciously familiar and Travence was moved into his new home with his new family. Blood is thicker than water they say and the young man had seen quite a bit. A relief it was when he heard his next favour would be a simple one: rough up some candle shop at the end of town and the old lady who owned it. Little did he know it would be he who needed protection.
Not much to say really, we got cards, a lot of people dropped out and that was the end of the that. It'll be nice to see what one of these looks like when they actually advance!
Gorzath the Indecisive :p Cub will be so glad to see his strange brother in green again!
Hey Beo, I seem to remember you and I were in an RP similar to this once upon a time that sort of petered out. Mind if I throw up a CS? *bats eyelashes*
Hello! I saw your Interest Check and was interested in this idea. I was wondering, could you tell me a bit more about the Feyhorn? In my head, they seem the most relatable to the other races what with brutal ancestry like the Northmen, settling in modern times like the Varan, in tribes like the Wood Elves, each led by a warchief like the Arkinham and Storroan, where they practice primal and destructive magics like the Drow. As I said, this is merely my interpretation but to me what would usually be the most vicious and ostracized race seems like the most culturally understanding :p
I posed a question to Dervs but he was hosting a shindig at the time (sorry again for interrupting if I did!) so I'll do the same here in case I'm just being daft. The way I see, escaping the Necromancer's Isle, making it back to the mainland and setting up a fully furnished camp took probably 6-8 hours to accomplish, right? In the Rihad posts though it seems like no time has past at all from the moment we reconvened with Talosman and everything went boom. Like I said, maybe I'm just being dumb but it seems we would have at least been able to regroup back at the docks if we started fleeing eight hours ago, yeah?
