The screen in front of you shows a strange logo(The head of medusa made of gold and iron), and it changes to a screen showing millions of houses. A mans voice is heard saying "Have you ever wanted to be better? To become an evolution? Unfortunately you can not, but with biomechanics and DNA splicings, you can help create a better civilization, just donate some blood, skin, or hair and we can create a child to your likings, with things such as: Robotic Limbs, Animal DNA, Fur, and Other Interesting Things." The screen becomes the logo again and then your tv show that you were watching.

Hope became a Black Zone when the portals opened, and they are the government, where this a way to get things that go boom, there is a will to get things that go boom
