First of all: Immortality, not invulnerability. The elf kind was it right? Longevity. If she were completely invulnerable she'd be god-like, and her reaction to Weiss pulling a knife would have been different.Second: The kiss doesn't take her immortality, it grants Weiss the rights to it. He can take it whenever he likes, he can bring hell hounds if he likes.I would make Weiss go after you immediately, but there was a time skip.
