Wrensthav
Polaris glared furiously in my direction.
"Oh? You didn't think to mention your long time companion to our potential employer?" She landed a sharp jab to my side. I forget that she can still inflict damage in her persona form that falls under the" legendary weapon" category.
"I shall do my best to include that information next time." I replied, still feeling the sharp sting in my side.
"This my companion and navigator, Polaris. She was lent to me by a high ranking official from our home country."
Evelyn and the blonde-haired brute eyed me suspiciously. I wondered if they where doubting my claim due to the contrast of our skin tones or perhaps thought that we were in a slave and master contract.
"I could leave him at any time if I desired so."[\b] Polaris let out a heavy sigh. [b]"If not for the fact that he couldn't find his way out of an empty bazaar."
I cleared my throat loudly.
"Well that should be enough for introductions." I removed my cloak that hid the eleven weapons on my back. I hung the cloak on a low tree branch. I drew a large ribbed sword from the cluster on my back. It's brass colored blade shining brightly in the crisp morning air. Being the second heaviest and broadest weapon in my collection; very few things could withstand its cleaving properties. I wonder how the wood elf would work around a weapon designed to take down dragons.
"Please excuse me for my rudeness." I forgot how few times I required Bergecrest's magic-nullifying abilities.
"Normally I would let Polaris go first, but I have been itching to see how different this places swordplay is." I let the blade rest on the ground behind me as I readied myself into a crouch.
"Hope you caught a second wind, I'll be taking it away soon."
