Connor looked at her before returning to fight the aliens, ghost was going through the sky. Taking down aliens, in the sky. That's when he felt a shot hit his back he grunted in pain before firing more shots at them. He soon found frost, he landed on the roof him and frost started firing.

Soon though, ghost felt the heating system starting to fail, the suit kept getting colder each time he hit frost or blaster him with his pulsars. By the time they broke apart, Michael was shaking. He took off the helmet and dropped it to the ground before he started attacking frost once more. Exchanging blows each time, frost had half of Michael's body hanging off of the roof.

Michael took out three or four flyers, before seven of them took there place. Hannah I'm coming your way pick off three or four," with that he passed by the building Hannah was on top of she did pick off three. A few more joined the chase, Michael saw Tory take out five for him. He turned backwards, and fired his thrusters took out three more, that was before he saw the big one, he swallowed. "Oh crap," with that he flew away from it.

Ghost had to think of something and soon, he had to think of a way to get rid of this thing. That's when he got the idea he flew towards the portal. At the last second he turned the thrusters off falling and watching as the beast took out a whole dozen before going down with a boom he activated his thrusters. That's when he took out a few on the ground seeing Connor out numbered before flying over them.

Michael only shook his head, before grabbing the ropes above his head to help him get in a seat. Feeling the jet descend, he sighed it was now or never that they were going to be facing frost. He looked at Connor and Zach, they were thinking the same thing.

He put his helmet on just before the jet fully landed, he got out just to see a destroyed city in frot of him. That's when he saw the aliens, "crap looks like he found a way to open the portal. Zach you and me take the air we keep those things from hitting the ground, Hannah you have the same thing as me and Zach just find the highest roof and shoot from there Tory you can go smash these guys to bits and Connor your with kali for ground support everyone got that." He saw nods, "good" then he flew up into the sky killing any aliens coming his way.

Just before he started flying away aliens following him, Zach laughed himself into the air, throwing his hammer at aliens that were in groups. He flew to a metal building, held his hammer up and lightning hit it the lightning trailing down the building killing off any aliens that were on there way down to the street.

Iced

By morning, jack was starting to wake up. He moved, he whimpered when most of his weight landed on his dislocated shoulder. He stopped the whimpering as just one piece of the sound escaped him. He looked at the ceiling bored out of his mind.

Michael sighed, "I still have my doubts kali." He looked back out at the sky, "just know this not everything is black and white there's other color in it some of us will probably not make it out of there but we will try our hardest to survive this and live trough this."

He put his hand on Kalinda's shoulder, kissing her one more time. Before getting up and grabbing his helmet and walking out. Once he was out everyone looked at him, "what?" Connor walked up to him, "wow man we didn't even know you had feelings." Michael punched Connor in the arm, "I do have feelings at least I don't keep them bottled up." Connor castes a glance at Hannah then looke back at Michael, "that's not cool man." He only laughed, "seems to me that you like Hannah." Connor looked at the floor but he didn't deny it.

Michael smiled a bit, "used to be my moms before she gave it to me when I was ten it was a while ago." He met her gaze, "and I just never got the guys to say it before now." He sighed, as he looks back out toward the sky, "oh and yah I think Hannah has a crush on Connor sometimes I saw the way she looks at him."

He sighed, "I guess she had never gotten the guts to say anything to him yet I don't really know." He settled back into his chair, "I don't really know if any of us are going to survive this that's why I wanted to tell you now just in case I was......killed on the battle field I don't really know if we can all make it out of this as one team."

Michael met her gaze when he felt his head being lifted up, he smiled a bit at her words. Just before she kissed him, he was a little surprised but he returned her kiss. He broke it to catch his breath, he smiled that's when he saw Hannah's face trough the glass of the door looking at them he covered his face. great that's just great he sighed.

He looked out toward the sky, he didn't really know what to say now. Not really, not when Hannah knew what had exactly happened between them. "Oh and here," he took off and old necklace that his mother had given to him. "My mom said give it to the person you love i might as well follow what she said." It was an old silver necklace with an emerald in the middle of a circle of silver, he curled Kalinda's hand around it."

Michael sighed, he was nervous as hell to say this. "I just wanted to let you know before, we got to Washington that I like you a lot." He sighed, he looked at the floor he didn't know what to say after that. He looked down at the helmet that was sitting there by his feet, he swallowed it didn't go out like he pictures it in his head.

He looked at the door, then back at the floor. "I know you might not feel the same and I understand that I just needed to get it out before we got to Washington when there would be little time for ourselves I guess." He kept his gaze on the floor as he said what he wanted to get out.

Jack only nodded, his good hand going to his rib cage. Just before lying it back down on the bed, he breathed a sigh. He looked up at Elsa, he smiled a bit "just letting you know now before I forget I love you Elsa." After that he slowly fell asleep.

Jack sighed, "I'm fine Elsa I'll heal alright." He didn't dare to move more than he had to, he accidentally moved his left shoulder by accident a small quiet whimper of pain escaped him. He swallowed, it back once he had realized what he had done.
