Back from the cruise only for work to start and school. So replies will be slow as all get out I'll try to get them up when I can.

Warning to all that I RP with, from the 15th of this month to the 27th I will not be on considering I will be on vacation with family. I may pop on from time to time, but no replies will come.

Great just great as soon as I get my family sorted out my friend ends up getting dumped. So I have to help her out get her moved in with me, and everything replies will be slow on some days not all.

Family has been sorted out, so replies may be a little slow not by much. I also will be on more often now since life has slowed down a bit.

Cody sighed, "an old street gang wants me dead for what I did to them when I was a kid I turned them in, it was either that or die by the blade of a thief. Now there free again, and they want me dead they will try anything to get to me hurt anyone that's close to me." His hands were still in his jeans pockets, but now they were clenched. He wished he could do more than just a hit and run, because they just stayed in the shadows and Cody didn't know how many they had brought with them.
Cody kept his hands in his pockets, looking at his boots. Then he looked up, bad move he met Elsa's brothers cold stare. It really didn't bother him, other pro benders gave him daggers after they just won a match against there team. It always put a smile on Cody's face to know they weren't mad at him.
Cody nodded at her parents, he could already tell by how hot his hand was getting he didn't like her brother at all. He was lucky though his hand didn't burst into flame, last thing he needed was showing them he was a fire bender. He really didn't care what her brother thought of him, if he was a street rat which in the past was true so be it. His life was hard enough he didn't need to get her royal snotty brother involved in any of this.
Cody sighed, "alright Elsa alright, I'll go with you" if she were lying to him about who she was he really didn't care. He had already enough people lying to him about who they were. Still he didn't like getting lied to, not by much anyway, it was going to be winter here soon. He rather not look over his shoulder for another winter, if he had a choice in the matter.
Cody looked at her, "Elsa I just can't I go back to the fire nation in a few weeks, I'm sorry but you just can't." He turned his back to her, but he didn't walk away he stayed where he was. Looking at the next road that would lead him home, but still he didn't take a step away from her.
Cody took it from her, he smiled "wow a tiny me." He set it down beside him, he heard footsteps then saw the rock, he pushed Elsa down as the rock sailed over them he bended his fire into that direction. Then grabbing Elsa and running they got to the richer part of the city pushing both of them against a wall then looking around the corner . "I think you need to get back home, getting you to know me and think of me as a friend just put you in danger, best thing is to never see me again."
Cody nodded a little, "I've grown up on the streets till I joined the pro bending league. Still the republic city is my home, even if my life has been tough the city is still my home." He was still, looking at the sky his fire jumped from finger to finger as he bended it, then he was down and made the fire go forward it was a drawing of Elsa's face every feature was there. "When I have time I practice drawing with fire."
Cody was still breathing hard, he shrugged "it doesn't really see that amazing when you do it over again every day," he sat down next to her looking at the sky. "Sometimes I wish I was a whole different person, then think I have a simpler life than some people. Even if I don't make that much money, but still."
Cody smiled, they got to the secluded place where he practiced his bending. He stepped away from her a good distance away before starting to bend not wanting to hurt her, he controlled his bending like it was an extension of himself, each move he did it seemed like a firebending dance with every move he made was graceful. The fire like a dragon as he controlled it, by the time he was done he was breathing hard with sweat running down his face.
Cody smiled, "it's been awhile since I have ever shown anybody anything about my firebending." He chuckled a little, "like I could ice sculpt that would be the day a fire bender ice sculpting," he laughed at the thought he got up grabbing her wrist and leading her to the place where he always practice.
