Ivory arrived back at the Big Top, raising an eyebrow slightly upon seeing Geralt untangling his hands from the silk. Had he tried to get on them? She could not deny that the thought was a little amusing. He did not seem like the type suited to the silks, but she didn't comment on it.

"Thanks." She said to his compliment, though she didn't really bat an eye at it. Who knew if he actually meant it. She approached and jumped back onto the stage, detaching the skirt from her outfit just as she usually did with the previous one. She'd have to work putting it back on into this routine as well, so she figured she should also practice it.

"Taking a liking to the silks?" She asked as she shoo'd him away from them so she could take her spot there again, setting the skirt down in it's appropriate place. "Doesn't seem like your.. style."

At this, Lucien let out a laugh. It was very clear that Faolan did not want him to leave, even if he was trying to joke around with him.

”Well that’s not very fair is it? You’re much stronger than me.” He asked, though he didn’t think Faolan wouldn’t let him go if he really insisted. As he spoke, his hand trailed across the man’s chest before his arm curled around him to return the embrace he was being given. In this position, he could clearly hear Faolan’s heartbeat, which was steadily increasing, as was something else he could now clearly feel. Faolan’s excitement was beginning to affect his own.

”Perhaps I could be convinced to stay?” He asked, peering up at the Irishman with a sly smile on his face. He honestly did not need that much convincing.

It was difficult to keep the smile from his lips as Faolan responded to him. There was just something about the way he looked up at him that made him look almost innocent, in a very adorable way, but he kept that thought to himself as Faolan tightened his grip on him. He wasn't wrong. The Irishman's body was incredibly hot, and not just in temperature. It could make the use of blankets almost unnecessary, but he quite preferred them at the moment.

"Hmm yes, quite.. hot." Lucien emphasized, moving his hand to place it on Faolan's chest, as if wanting to feel his temperature, not that he needed to touch him like this to do so.

"Though if that's the case, then I suppose you might want some space to.. cool down? I should probably head downstairs, I have to call the bookstore anyway, as much as I'd hate to pull away from you. It is quite comfortable." He said a little amusingly, knowing he had to head down eventually. It would be good to get it over with so their rest of the day could go uninterrupted, but it didn't mean he couldn't use this as a chance to tease Faolan a little.
At his response, Lucien could not help but let out a laugh. "Me? Shouldn't it be the other way around? I'm quite tired you know?" He joked, though by now he was feeling much more awake than before. Faolan felt.. different to him now. Less strained, more free. It was clear he was being a lot more relaxed and carefree right now, which made Lucien quite happy. Things had changed, for the better.

"You know, I've always found it quite adorable when you get all red like this, what's running through your mind, hmm?" He teased, shifting his hand to move some strands of hair from Faolan's face.

Over the years he had learned that he actually did quite enjoy teasing the Irishman, even back when they were drinking he knew just what to say to get the man a little riled up, and he could tell Faolan was at least a little excited at the moment. He could feel it, but he was trying not to focus too much on it. He knew he'd have to get up soon, at least to get downstairs and make a quick telephone call to the bookstore, but not yet. He still had a bit of time until he had to.
Ivory clicked her tongue in annoyance, though not at Geralt, it was just unfortunate that there were more flaws than she had expecting. Oh well, she'd work her way up to it. She was about to turn back to the silk when the magician spoke up again. She raised an eyebrow slightly, and then briefly glanced down at her ankle. She couldn't deny that it was annoying, but it wasn't something she couldn't work with. It wouldn't be a problem by the final night, and even if it was, the tights would conceal it. She could also still feel the lingering effects of the last time she had drank blood, it hadn't been too long.

"I don't need a break, but I'll go change. It's best to test this with the costume on anyway." She had to work in the replacing of the skirt into the routine as well. Without waiting for a response, she jumped off the stage, grabbing her cloak from the chair to put it on before she left the tent to head to her trailer. So far things were going better than she expected. While Geralt was still in general annoying, he wasn't as bad as she was expecting him to be, so it made the practicing more tolerable. The sooner she could perfect this however, the better.

Once she arrived at her trailer, she wasted no time in changing into one of her performance outfits, though not the one she wore during the normal nights. This one was different, but held the same concept. With that, she placed her coat back on and headed back to the Big Top. The entire time through her walk, she had been thinking of a way to change the choreography she had performed to better make up for those mistakes. It was unsatisfying to have to perform something imperfect in front of Geralt of all people, but she'd have to deal with it until she got it right. If it could be figured out on the first day, it meant she'd have to spend less time with him in the long run.
Lucien's smile widened as Faolan's eyes opened. Honestly he could openly admit that he loved seeing Faolan smile so naturally like this. It gave him a warm feeling in his chest seeing him so happy.

"Good morning. Sorry, I did not mean to wake you. I just couldn't help myself." He said a little amusingly, before reaching out and softly running a hand through the Irishman's hair. Glancing at the time, he knew that the time he'd usually try to get up to get ready for work was approaching, but honestly he held no interest in moving. He wanted to stay in Faolan's arms for as long as he could, and considering he worked everyday of the week by choice, it would be fine to call off one day.

The bookstore owner had told him he could at anytime, considering how much Lucien had been throwing himself into work lately. He still had to figure out what Faolan and him would be doing now, whether they'd be leaving soon or not. There were a lot of things to figure out, but right now Lucien didn't want to think about it. He wanted to focus and enjoy the moment he was in now, enjoying the tight embrace of the man he loved.

"I take it you slept well? Not even my movement woke you." He couldn't help but tease, knowing the Irishman hadn't actually gone back to sleep.
She could see Geralt contemplating her idea as she spoke, but she said nothing else, letting him consider or play it in his head. There was no way it wouldn't work if the magician was up to doing it, it just came down to whether he'd accept her idea. She was willing to work with him to make it better if he had a suggestion she didn't hate. However it seemed it wouldn't have to come to that, as the man finally broke the silence.

It was clear he hadn't completely been satisfied with it, but she could only assume it was because it wasn't as focused on him as it could have been, but that was fine. While she did not like his demand, she knew why he was asking for it, considering he made his way back down to a seat in the audience. She had to aproach this carefully if she wanted it to work, after all for this she had to make sure not a single part of her was seen. She turned stepped away from the silks and turned her back to him. Eyes gauging the space she had to work with. She had to come up with a choreography for this of course, but this didn't have to be anything incredibly complicated. She also had to think about that in a performance, she'd be wearing a different outfit with occupied more room in terms of the skirt. There were many things to consider, and unfortunately she could not know how effective her moves would be in hiding herself without someone else telling her so.

Once she was done figuring it out, she moved toward the silks again, moving around in between them and stretching them out as much as she could just to get a feel for it. Ivory then began to climb them, but not very high. There was no need to go all the way up again. All she needed was the distance to make the drop. Her hand touched the ground once more, and she performed a more elegant flip back onto her feet before she transitioned into a slower dance, much like ballet. It started with her simply dancing in between and around the two large materials, but then she began to further conceal herself within it with every twirl and turn she made. It was like.. a tease for the audience, allowing them some view but then hiding herself from them, until she used twirled the silk completely around herself. This was where she thought it best to make her transition out, but she knew it hadn't been perfect.

With that, she stepped away from the silks, and looked down at Geralt. "What was off?" She asked, figuring he wouldn't hesitate to point out the flaws. She knew at least a couple movements had been off, but that was the price to pay for not being able to see the performance herself. At least for this, she'd need a bit of trial and error.
There had been a part of Lucien that had worried that Faolan might hold back because he was worried he might hurt him, but he was happy that it wasn't a problem. Long ago Lucien had tested his theory, after the 'incident,' and discovered that Faolan could not hurt him in his human form. Granted, there was not a single part of him that believed the Irishman ever would. He trusted him wholeheartedly, and even in this moment of vulnerability, he trusted Faolan to the point he was more than willing to give him control over his body. It added an entirely new level of thrill in the experience, especially when he felt the source of Faolan's own growing desire against his body.

Feeling Faolan's hand against his pants caused another moan to escape the Frenchman, his own arousal growing as he felt the Irishman's fingers within his waistband, but then their kiss was broken, causing the nephilim to open his eyes to look up at the Irishman, for a moment afraid he would stop. That worry immediately left him as he saw the smiling expression upon his face.

At his question, Lucien gave him a gentle smile. He reached up to place a hand on Faolan's cheek, before leaning up and placing a soft kiss upon his lips, and lowering himself back onto the bed. "Yes.. It's okay." He responded. Lucien was no fool, he knew exactly where this was going. Faolan's time away had left him too much time for him to lose himself in his thoughts.. to think back to what could have happened that night they had gotten drunk if Faolan hadn't stopped them. Now he knew, and there was not one part of him that was hesitant of going through with it. With that, he moved his hand to snake around the Irishman's neck before he pulled him back down for another passionate kiss.

Lucien gave himself completely to Faolan, body and soul, and the two of them continued to bask in the warmth of each other's embrace for the rest of the night.

--

The next morning, Luicien woke up securely wrapped around Faolan's arms, even tighter than the first time they had spent the night on the same bed. His head rested upon the man's arm, and there legs were almost tangled with each other. He shifted slightly in the man's arms to get a better look at his face. The events of last night played through his head, and his cheeks reddened. He wasn't really embarrassed, even now he regretted nothing of what had happened last night. He had gotten to see new sides of Faolan, just as the man got to see new sides of him. There was the side of the Irishman that he had always believed to be gentle despite his appearance, but he had been able to see the other side of him too, the one that lacked control. Knowing it was his.. reactions that had invigorated the Irishman in that way.. It made Lucien happy. He was the happiest he had been in in a while, now knowing that he wouldn't have to repress his feelings for Faolan anymore. He felt.. complete, and he knew the void he had felt in his heart throughout Faolan's absence had now been filled.

Lucien looked at how peaceful Faolan looked in his sleep, and couldn't hold back a smile. Normally even the smallest motion would have woken the Irishman up, but it had been a very long night for both of them, and while he couldn't deny he felt a bit tired, physically he was fine, a bonus of being what he was. It was not common for the Lucien to awaken before Faolan, so he enjoyed the sight of it while he could, before he was eventually unable to stop himself before he leaned up and placed a soft kiss against the man's lips. While 'cute' was not one word one would usually use to describe the Irishman, he couldn't help but think that of him right now. He just couldn't help himself.
Ivory could not deny that she had received more than she had expected to. Part of her had thought he'd give her that 'a magician never reveals his secrets,' spiel. Honestly she didn't care to know how he did the things that he did, at least, not right now. That was something she was hoping to learn later on. She didn't want to pry into too much too quickly. It's not like she got along with him enough for that, nor did she expect to.

"Hmm." She said. "So, you can be invisible or whatever, and have kind of teleport available." It wasn't a question, and she wasn't expecting any form of answer. In fact she wasn't even looking in his direction, but it was what she had gotten from his words. The 'be unseen' thing was definitely something she would have to keep in mind for the future, but if that was the case then she had more options in terms of how he could enter and she could leave. While she was not all that pleased of the fact he had to touch her for that, she couldn't be completely unreasonable with this.

Part of her had hoped that Geralt would have declined her any information, that way they could end the day there and he would be the one coming off as uncooperative, and not her, but at the same time she knew that would get in the way of them getting anywhere. Still, it would have been at least a little satisfying. Oh well.

She reached out for one of the silks, and stretched it out. They didn't look it, but they were actually quite wide. Plenty of space to hide if she wanted to, specially if both were used. She thought back to her and Akane's transition. With her, there was an incredibly large distraction from Akane's exit, since she couldn't really disappear. With Geralt having this available they didn't need something grand to misdirect the attention of the audience. Geralt clearly enjoyed having an air of mystery about himself. She could probably use that.

"Okay." She said, before finally turning to look at him. "Since you can be 'unseen' then you can get on stage without anyone noticing. As you can see, there is plenty of space to twirl in and out, and hide within the silks. It's not incredibly 'flashy,' but I assume if I dance around in between the silks and break from the audience's line of sight, you can teleport me out and make your entrance from here?" She asked, waving the silk around with her hand before letting her arm fall back onto her side.

"You clearly like to be mysterious. There's no need for anything huge to misdirect or distract the audience to make my exit like what Akane does for her's. It leaves them wondering how it was done, and keeps them in awe for whatever you have in store for them." Under normal circumstances, there was no way she'd ever interact with the magician for as long as she was doing now, but there was a part of her that also wanted to prove a point. She wasn't just going to shoot down his idea without offering anything good in return.
It was clear her rejection of his plan had displeased Geralt, but Ivory didn't care. She was willing to accept to work with him for the sake of the show, but he would not allow her to do whatever he wanted with her act. She was willing to accept ideas from him as long as they were more.. equal in the attention both sides were given.

"I'm afraid a counter-offer is hard to make when I don't know what you're capable of." She said, walking past him to approach the silks. "You've seen two of my acts, and I obviously haven't been able to see yours. I don't expect you to show me, but the least you can do is give me something to work with. Tell me a bit of what you can do, or at least what could be best used for a transition, and I can see what I can use effectively." She said.

Honestly this was a good opportunity for her to be able to learn what he could do. She didn't expect him to reveal everything, she'd be lucky if she even got what she was asking for, but if he said no then it would only turn the tides in her favor. She could not work with only half of the information.
