The Academy (reboot)

CandiKane, I have a question or two, what all can the students bring to the Academy? Like books, computers, games, etc. that kind of things.

My other question is what supplies do the trucks bring? Is the supplies only job related stuff, or can the students order their own personal list of supplies?

This story plot is based off of this music video.



Jacob was starting a new chapter in his life, he was happily married to his wife Justine, who was nine months pregnant with their first child; they were both happy to be starting a family. When Justine went into labor, everything was going smoothly, but after the baby was born, Justine started to slip away. At the end of that day, Jacob was a single father with a new born baby boy, and without any idea of how to take care of this child by himself.

Jacob now struggles with taking care of the baby, grieving the death of his wife, and is having a war inside of himself deciding if he can keep the baby or give him up for adoption. One day at work, Jacob is speaking to one of his female co-workers about his struggle, and she suggests that her daughter, Emily, who is struggling with her journalism career, and is trying to keep ends meet become his babysitter (or nanny), to help him around the house. Jacob doesn't agree at first but his co-worker talks him into it, and soon Emily is working for Jacob.

The question is, can Emily and Jacob keep their work professional or if more blossoms between the two that neither of them seen coming.

- The story will focus on Emily and Jacob, of course, and his struggle with his new life. While Emily is struggling with her failing career that hasn't even started yet.

- I would like someone to play the Jacob character, and I will be playing as Emily.

- You can change Jacob's name, I only used that name to not confuse the reader while they read the plot.

- Tell me if there is anything you would like to add to the plot or take away.

Rules;

- I would like someone who can write around two paragraphs or more. I do not like short replies because it doesn't progress the story well.

- I am not picky when it comes to grammar, etc. As long as I can read your post, understand what you mean, and you help with the story line I am a happy person. :)

- I love when my partner helps with story ideas, and creates story twists. I will do the same.

- I am free for the summer, so I will be on here a lot but I understand that people have a life outside of the internet so I won't nag at you for not replying every five minutes.

- I promise you I will tell you when I will be absent for a while or if the RP doesn't interest me anymore. I hope you will do the same.

Wednesday is a tough girl, she doesn't deal with people's bullshit, she hates liars, and fakes. If someone causes her a problem, she won't be a whiny bitch, and go whining home to her father; she'll face all of her problems on her own, and she isn't afraid to get into a fight with people. Wednesday can be a sweetheart when she needs to be but she usually is watching her back, and on high alert; mostly because of the neighborhood that she used to live in. Wednesday isn't afraid to get dirty either, she doesn't mind having some dirt under her fingernails. Wednesday knows she's book smart but she's lazy with it, she would whether talk back to the teachers than be a teachers pet.

Wednesday grew up with only a father for a parent, after her mother gave birth to the little girl, she ditched both of them, and ran off to who knows where. Both of her parents were into drugs, which might help explain why her mother ran off; as she grew up, she had to raise herself in a rotten house, while her father continued on to do drugs, while yelling at her how she was a pathetic daughter.

In school, Wednesday was smart, but people bullied her for being different, so she had to teach herself how to fight, and defend herself. She created a hard shell around her, to keep people out so she wouldn't get hurt anymore then she already was. Because of the bullies at school, and her crappy neighborhood, the young female would have to always watch her back or she could easily get killed.

Wednesday had to steal food, clothes, and everything else that would keep her alive since her father would never buy things for her. At the age of eighteen, she finally bailed her father, and went off to live by herself; she didn't care that she had no where to live, or that she didn't have a job, she usually hitch hiked to get anywhere she wanted to go. After a year of traveling around, she tried to steal from a store to get food but she was caught, and taken to jail.

The young female's lawyer offered the court a deal that instead of sending Wednesday to jail, she could go to the Academy. The court approved of the offer, and Wednesday was sent off to the Academy.

Wednesday had spent her time on the bus in the very back with her nose in a book, she never spoke, or even glanced in anyone's direction. Which was very unusual for her, but she was too busy thinking in her head then dealing with strangers that she could talk to later since they were all going to the same place. Some sort of Academy, not she knew nothing about, every time she would ask her lawyer or court about this place, they would brush her off, and say nothing.

It wasn't that the pink haired female wouldn't be able to take care of herself at this school or deal with the stupid teachers and students that went there; she simply didn't like going to new places 'blindly', she usually liked to know a little background about it. It was whatever though, going to this Academy will probably be better then going to jail.

When the bus stopped at the school, and students flooded out of the bus as it was on fire, Wednesday placed her bookmark in the right spot, and headed off into her new 'home' for who knows how long. Her pale green eyes took the buildings in, the heavily guarded gates, and woods that looked like it surrounded the whole school. She wondered if they were freely allowed in the woods, and if there was a gate that stopped them from going out so far.

Wednesday continued on till she stood with the group as some girl started to explain to them about the school, a soft smirked formed on her lips while she started to crack her knuckles. She grabbed a pamphlet and lightly glanced at it as she flipped through it; so they are never able to feel this place, well maybe this place will be the same as jail.

The young female walked over to her assigned faction, she thought the other female called it Sedition, but she wasn't paying too much attention. She snorted when she heard that there would be leaders for each group, she didn't give a damn if she was voted for becoming a dumb leader, and she sure wasn't going to listen to some stupid leader; Wednesday did things in her own way, and if someone didn't like it, they could go take a hike.

Wednesday's ears perk up when she started to hear an argument between other students in a different faction, her arms crossed her chest as her famous smirked spread across her face, and she stood there staring at the other students as they argued about who would become the leader. Oh, this will be fun to watch.

Thank you! I was too lazy to think up a personality for her, so I used a different characters personality that fit Wednesday, that's why it had a different name. Thank you again, so I could change it!
