Brusenna kept her head down, the voices of everyone in the cafeteria washing over her. When half of her sandwich was eaten she placed the rest back on the plate, feeling full. She sighed and cautiously raised her eyes, looking around. Her eyes dropped before they could meet anyone's and she debated going back to her room.

Salem snorts as he jumped down from the couch. "Of course. What kind of familiar would I be if I didn't protect my mistress?" He said as he padded down the hall. When he reached her bedroom door it opened on its own and he went inside, the door closing behind him. He leaped onto the bed and curled up next to her, bright green eyes watchful.

Issa remained fast asleep in Michael's arms, exhausted by her extensive use of magic. Her body was now working to replenish her magic stores and so she would probably remain asleep for some time.

Salem pads in and looks back at Michael. He seemed to smirk before he leaped up onto the couch. "Her bedroom is that way." He said, flicking his tail towards the hall. "Its the first door on your left." The feline then began to calmly wash his paws.

Once Michael reached the top of the stairs, Salem turned and padded over to the door. He gripped the rug at the front of the door and lifted it, revealing a spare key.

Salem padded up to Michael, the feline rubbing himself against the wizards leg before he meowed and trotted over to a set of stairs on the side of the bookstore leading up to a small apartment. He looked back at Michael before he jerked his head toward the stairs then climbed up them. He waited at the top, looking down at the other.
