Safe?” She spit out, glare intensifying. “I was doing perfectly okay before you showed up and started shouting the whole place down! Now I will tell you again, let go of my arm before you find yours missing!” Even in the midst of her rage Echo kept her voice down to a whisper so to not attract any unwanted attention. Suddenly a scream ran out and Echo slipped out of the boys grasp and took off down the hall. She skidded around a corner and froze. A small figure hung limply, impaled through the stomach by a sharp black tail.

Echo let out a wordless cry and snatched up the first thing she could. Ironically a flame thrower was lying next to a dead body and Echo grabbed it. She advanced on the alien, fire billowing out of the nozzle of the gun. The alien screamed, the small figure flying against the wall as the alien escaped into the vents. Echo threw herself down by the little girl. “E-Echo…” The weak utterance of her name had tears filling her eyes. “E-Ellen, j-just h-hold…hold on. I’m going t-to f-fix you.” She tore a strip of her shirt to tie the wound though she knew that wouldn’t be enough. Her mind whirled around in circles before it clicked on something. There had to be a medkit somewhere in one of these rooms!

She quickly scooped the girl up and took off down the hall with the flame thrower hanging on her back. She arrived at a room and almost howled out in pain at the light that greeted her eyes. She stumbled forward and gently laid Ellen on the table as she frantically began searching the room once she had placed her goggles over her eyes in order to see. She found a medkit in a cabinet but it was locked. In her desperation Echo drew her fist back and smashed it into the lock. She pulled the door open and yanked the kit out, turning back to the little girl. Her panic kicked into over drive as she saw how pale the girl was becoming. She hurried over and assessed the damage. It didn’t look good. She ignored the medical side of her that said that the girl had already lost too much blood and probably wouldn’t make it as she focused on cleaning the wound. Ellen weakly struggled and Echo soothed her as she pushed the tiny girls hair off her forehead. “Y-You’re g-going to be o-ok.” Echo didn’t know who she was trying to convince and she pushed it to the back of her mind. She had to get the wound closed. She fumbled through the kit looking for a needle but a choking, sputtering noise stopped her.

She turned back to Ellen to see the girl coughing up blood. “Ellen!” She quickly propped her head up so the girl wouldn’t drown in her own blood. When she could finally breathe again Echo lowered her back to the table. The girl was taking short, stilted breaths before finally, after a soft rattling noise her chest stopped moving. “Ellen? Ellen no! Stay with me!” Echo placed her hands on her chest and started doing chest compressions. It was all in vain though, Ellen was gone. But Echo was too distraught to stop and so she keep working even though the girls’ body started to cool, muttering to herself as tears ran down her face.
Though his footsteps where silent Echo’s advanced hearing was able to detect the whispering of his clothing as he moved, notifying her as he gave chase. She was mildly surprised that he caught up with her and grabbed her arm. She glared up at him, illuminating eyes boring into his head. “Let. Go. Of. My. Arm.” She snarled, ripping the limb from his grasp and taking a few steps back. “I don’t have to tell you anything.” She hissed, resisting the urge to sock his across his mouth. She continued to glare holes in his head before she spun on her heel and continued down the hall.

“I’m not leaving without Ellen.” She tossed over her shoulder. Ellen being a little girl of one of the doctors. Children normally weren’t found on stations but Ellen’s mother was a single mother and couldn’t find anyone to watch her daughter. Ellen’s mother, Amy, was like a mother to Echo as well. She was the only person on this station to treat Echo like an actual person. Sadly however Echo had been forced to watch Amy get torn to shreds by the alien. Echo had vowed to protect Ellen and would be damned before she left without her.
Echo was promptly dropped as the xenomorph screamed as it was hit then disappeared into the vents. The girl slowly got to her feet, holding a hand up to shield her eyes from the harsh glare of his flashlight. She slowly backed away from him, eyes glowing at him eerily as she regarded him warily. She didn’t like the sight of that pipe in his hands. She just hoped she would be able to escape him should he chase her. “Want to get that flashlight out of my face?” She finally hissed. Even though she was doing her best to shade her eyes from the light it still hurt for it to be directed at her.

She took a few more steps back, body tensed to run. She didn’t want him anywhere near her and she planned to run as far away as she could before that creature came back looking for revenge. Luckily the hall was dark save for the beam shining from his flashlight. Before he could react she darted into the shadows, taking off down the hall so fast she was blur. She made no sound as she ran, her feet so silent it was like her feet weren’t even hitting the ground. Her long hair flared out behind her like a cape. She didn’t know if he was friendly or not and she didn’t plan on sticking around to find out.
Oh dear, this boy was going to get himself killed with all his hollering. Her too if she stayed there any longer. It was definitely time to leave. She felt a small pang of guilt at leaving him to get killed but frankly he wasn’t her problem. It was every man for himself and Echo had her own skin to worry about. He was a big boy, he could take of himself. Probably. Maybe. The girl turned and scurried out of the room, freezing at what greeted her in the hall. The black beast hissed at her and she bared her teeth back, staying in her crouch as she brandished her scalpel like a sword.

“Bring it on you bastard.” She hissed, thankful that the hall was dark and didn’t impede on her sight. The Xenomorph screeched and rushed her. She managed to dodge around it, thankful she was as fast if not faster than it. However she had forgotten about the tail and it slammed into her, sending her crashing against the wall. She recovered quickly and saw it advancing on her. Her hand scrambled for a weapon and her fingers found a piece of pipe laying broken on the ground.

She hurled it at the creature, getting a scream that almost made her eardrums rupture. Hmmmm, seems the beastie didn’t like things being thrown at it. The alien picked her up and she glared at it. Maybe when its little mouth came out to bite her she might be able to stab it with the scalpel. However, instead it readied its tail to stab her. Echo didn’t flinch, staring death in the face as she waited.
Echo heard the footsteps stop right outside the door and she tensed even more. She heard fumbling, some beeps and a hiss as the door slid open. Hmmmm, so they had a hacking tool. Might be a useful thing to nick if she got the chance. Then again she was able to open any door in Sevastopol, locked or no so she really didn’t need it. But if this person didn’t have it then she had a better chance of getting away should they prove to be unfriendly.

Echo stayed crouched right next to the door as the person stepped inside. The girl tilted her head as she studied the figure. He was roughly her age, or rather, the age she looked seeing as she didn’t age the way humans did. She was unable to see what his hair or skin color was since without her goggles on she only saw in shades of blue, purple and sometimes silver. Suddenly Echo mentally slapped herself, reminding herself that she was supposed to be slipping out the door as the boy examined the room. She slowly began inching towards the opening, eyes fixed on the boy.
“The patient is flat-lining!”

The nurses’ panicked cry rang through the room and Echo jumped into action. She appeared by the women on the table and began chest compression's to get the blood flowing to the heart. Doctors and nurses were hurrying to and fro trying to figure what was the cause for the stopping of the heart.

Echo keep a keen ear on the men in coats conversing in loud voices next to her but she mainly focused on trying to keep the woman’s heart going.

“Her blood pressures’ dropping too much!” Another nurse called. Echo keep doing the compression's however the patient suddenly began jerking and thrashing around. Echo was forced to back up or else be hit by flailing limbs.

The doctors started shouted and some tried to hold the woman down as she continued to spasm. A cracking sound filled the air and Echo looked at the woman on the table. Her shirt had been removed and the girl could only watch in horror as the skin on her chest bulged until a great rip filled the air. Blood splattered the men and a…a…thing leaped from the table and disappeared down the halls. There were shrieks as it passed people while the medical personnel started after it in shock, the dead woman now cooling on the table.

~Le time skip- three hours later~

Echo was curled up in one of the rooms in the medical bay. She had retreated back there after seeing how everything went to Hell outside. Her clothes were soaked in blood and ripped in places from a few close call. Three hours. Three hours was all it took for chaos to break out and everybody to start dying. Echo was say it was all a nightmare but she didn’t have nightmares, or dreams for that matter and so wouldn’t be able to make an accurate comparison. It was horrible, death everyone; people being ripped apart and their faces being torn off or being stabbed through the heart.

What few people survived were salvaging anything they could and playing tag with the alien and the Working Joes who seemed to have malfunctioned when the station went offline and were now killing anything that moved. All except the alien. It was a curious thing. Echo had witnessed an android spot the alien and simply said it was curious. And vice versa, the alien didn’t seem interested in killing the androids. Maybe it could sense they weren’t alive. Hmmmm.

A sudden noise drew her from her inner musings and she tensed, listening intently. Soft booted footsteps seemed to be making their way down the hall. She had over-rid the door, forcing it to stay locked but it was very easy to hack it if one had the right equipment. The girl sprang to her feet, eyes darting around looking for a weapon. She then snatched up a scalpel. Hmmm, not the best instrument of defense but she could at least take an eye out with it.

The lights in the room had been destroyed and not even the emergency lights came on but that was just as well. She liked and functioned better in the dark, it was to her advantage. She quietly tucked her googles around her neck and took up a position right beside the door. Maybe she could manage to slip around whoever was out there without them noticing. She crouched there tense, scalpel clenched in a tight hand.
Stands at 4'6"
~Appearance~

~Eyes~

~Goggles~

Android made to help in the Medical Bay. She was programmed with human intelligence, reasoning and learning quickly. She understands how humans interact with each other however emotions still confuse her. She feels them and she knows what feeling it is, she just can’t understand why she is feeling this way. Especially feelings of like, love, etc.

She is very quick and light on her feet as well as strong. She is stronger than a human however not by much. She is very good at hiding and sneaking around which comes in handy when everything goes to hell. As well, her hearing is sharper than a humans, being able to hear sounds more easily and also higher in pitch. She is also very fast, almost as fast as the alien killing everyone on base.

Her eyes are different than anything seen before. Weyland-Yutani made them where she is able to see perfectly in the dark. However, the drawbacks are that she can only see in a form of echo location though she doesnt need sound in order to generate sight but when she has her specially made goggles on she can see normally. The other drawback is that without her goggles on any and all types of lights hurt her eyes be it artificial, U.V. etc. to a point where she cant even function with her eyes open in said light.

She is very skilled in the medical arts.
