Lyra's 1x1 Plots and Pairings

Hello all ^^ I would like to start out with some of my rules and things about me:

1. I will try to get on as much as I can. I have college classes and won't always be able to post during the day.
2. No one-liners. Honestly they annoy me because it makes me believe you are not that interested and plus they are hard to respond to. I'm not asking for a book but I do expect at least three proper sentences. I can generally write several paragraphs or just one, depends on the content of my post.
3. Please use good grammar and correct punctuation. Spelling mistakes I understand; I would make them all the time if not for autocorrect
4. I will not rp through email solely because I do not check my email often. Skype is out of the question because I haven't been getting notifications of replies until a few days later. I am fine with either PM or thread.
5. I don't want to be the one dragging to rp along; please contribute and give me ideas for the rp. Nothing makes me lose interest more than having to do everything
6. Don't just disappear. I understand we all have lives but I would be thankful for a little warning before you go poof
7. If you are losing interest please talk to me, I won't be mad
8. I am 19 years of age.

I can do MxF and MxM. If it's MxF I only play girls and if its MxM my character is generally the shy, quiet, timid type. Same for my girls. The only time I will play a male for MxF is if we double.

YC is the leader of a Viking(Or pirate, I'm fine with both) ship that has done many raids on Saxon villages. MC is a merchant's daughter/son with an older sister. Her/his older sister got everything she ever wanted and more while MC had to work hard and was practically invisible to her/his parents. When YC raids MC villages and selects a group of young Saxons to be taken MC does not hesitate to step up and take her/his sisters place.

Dragons and humans have been at war for centuries. The battle destroyed earth and when the dragons emerged the victors earth was nothing but a barren waste land. Things began to grow back slowly but humanity was forced to retreat underground while the dragons ruled the lands above. MC sneaks out in search of medicine for her/his sick brother but ends up meeting YC, a dragon on patrol.

~ Escaped Convict x Citizen*
YC has escaped from prison and is now on the run. Down a river and through the woods until they stumble upon MC's small house on the edge of the woods. S/he works at the museum in the small town not a far commute from her/his home. S/he works as a curator but also sells her/his own paintings to the museum in order to pay for her/his small house. With no other house in sight YC breaks in and hides inside from pursuers, unaware that the owner would be coming back very, very soon.

~ Mental Asylum Patient x Intern*
YC is a patient that was admitted to Fallen Shadows a few years back, a asylum hidden deep in the mountains. MC is an intern studying to become a doctor of psychology that works with mental patients and what better place to learn than a mental asylum? As MC studies under one of the head doctors at Fallen Shadows, Dr. Ripley, s/he meets YC. The longer MC stays there, s/he starts noticing that there is something...off.. about the patients other than their mental states. Before s/he can dig any deeper alarms scream through the facility, blaring a message than could only mean one thing: the facility has been compromised and the patients are now running free. Will YC side with MC to try and escape or will they join their brethren in wreaking havoc on the medical personnel?

Also, I'm open to ideas if you have them for possible rp's we could do ^^

Now, I normally prefer romance in my rp's but I understand that's not everyone's cup of tea so I won't push it if you do not want to do romance ^^

I would take the duck but I already have a dog and a bird and so I don't think I could take care of another animal xD

Anyway, I'm rather interested in Two Outsiders. What gender pairing are you looking for this? Also, could a panther be considered as an aggressive animal?

Estelle felt a jolt of surprise run through her when Jason turned and hugged her. She stood there awkwardly for a few seconds, not used to display of affections like this. She wasn't used to affection at actually, human affection that is. Phoenix shows affection but its in a different way, a sibling or parental way. Was Jason hugging her like a friend? She couldn't imagine what else it could be. Her arms came up and she hesitantly wrapped them around him, wondering if she was doing it right. Having been locked away in a place where affection is nonexist and pain and misery is the very air the doctors breathed, she hadn't been hugged since the last time she had seen Jason, which was fourteen years ago.

After a few moments passed she felt her body relaxing against him, resting her head against his chest. She heard it rumble as he talked and she looked up at him. "He'll be back, he just can't seem to leave me alone." She replied back softly.

Never once did I read about Wi-Fi in the series. What book is it in? I even asked my boyfriend who has read the series as well and he said there is no such thing.

The Fall of Olympus

Phoenix and Estelle flew for a few moments more before Estelle asked when Phoenix had eaten. He then admitted he had stopped his hunt and flew back upon feeling her fear. A sense of guilt washed over her and she angled her wings towards the west, stating they had time for him to hunt and maybe pick something up for the camp to eat tonight. Phoenix agreed and off they went. They returned an hour later with a cow clenched in Phoenix's claws. They dropped it off at the Dining Pavilion where Phoenix stayed to help prepare the animal for the meal. A few of the kids from the Demeter cabin showed up to help.

As Estelle left the pavilion she knew that they would be no burning food for the Gods tonight. She gazed around, noting that the rest were hard at work fortifying the camp. She eventually spotted Jason and she walked over, giving him and Teia a small smile. She felt better than she did earlier though she was rather embarrassed they had to see her like that.

Estelle blinked as he explained what she would be doing. And how was she going to do that? Didn't you have to be a Death God or have similar powers of a Death God in order to do that? She wasn't able to question it long as Thanatos stood and exited the room, Estelle hurrying after him. Nathan, Julian, and Zane were standing by the kitchen, Nathan having probably worried where she was and was about to go look for her. They gave her a look of surprise at seeing her come out of a room with Thanatos but they were distracted by the God practically throwing the book at them. Nathan fumbled with it, not expecting it to be that heavy. He looked at the portal that opened up with wide eyes before looking at Estelle.

"What's he talking about?" He demanded. Estelle gave him a small smile. "The terms of the agreement are that I am to remain here while you three take the book back to the camp. I'll be fine, now go." Nathan was going to argue more but Julian and Zane grabbed him and dragged him through the portal. Estelle watched as the portal was closed and she turned to face the Death God, watching as his pet bowed him over and began licking his. Her face grew confused at the God's question though. What use would a phone do him?

She drew the device from her pocket regardless and held it up to show the God.

It was a fair request and she surmised that with only Hades, the souls of the dead, and Hellhounds for company, it must get pretty lonely here. She folded her arms across her chest. "Those terms sound fair." She replied, eyes never wavering or looking away from his. Sure, to others his gaze probably would have appeared intimidating but to Estelle it was nothing; she has seen much worse on her fathers face. There was nothing worse than being a small child and having your father look at you like you were some kind of disease that would contaminate him if he got too close.
