She said quietly. Lila smiled comfortingly and softly ran a hand through her hair. "It's ok, your safe now." Lila said soothingly. "W-Where's my mommy?" Alice asked. The older neko hesitated before she spoke. "Your mother is in a very happy place right now and, when it's your time, she'll be waiting for you." Alice gazed up at Lil with wide eyes before she finally nodded and laid her head against Lila's chest, the girl wrapping her arms around the child.

Layla whimpered and tried to flinch back from the small pain but she was still strapped down and she was weak from blood loss. Father was watching her with interest. "I wonder dear, how long will it take before you bleed out?" He mused to himself as he tenderly stroked her hair and watched the blood drip from the table.

Karou let out a small yelp when she was suddenly picked up and she gripped Imma's shirt tightly, hugging Mary closer to her. The little girl shrunk back when another girl ran over and she peeked up at them with wide, tear-filled eyes. When they mentioned taking her back to her cell she immediately shook her head, tears spilling down her cheeks as her breathing grew faster. "N-No..N-Not my c-cell...monsters...monsters a-are in t-there.." She whimpered.
