Lina is very shy and kind though she is so shy to the point where she can't really talk in front of other people. Having not socialized with anyone other than fairies left Lina with no knowledge on how to relate to others and so she hardly ever knows what to say or how to act. She tends to blurt a lot of things out without realizing it or thinking about her words. She also gets embarrassed and flustered way too easily; often blushing and hiding her face. Being as innocent as she is to the world, she trusts way too easily and is oblivious about a lot of stuff, especially when it comes to flirting/love or basically any interest thrown her way. She can be very insecure about herself and her body and she tends to second-guess herself a lot. Lina can become upset very easily and is very sensitive; also being very clumsy and tends to trip over her own feet a lot. Despite all of this however. Lina loves helping people and will do everything she can to make them smile. She looks at the brighter aspects in life and tries not to dwell on negative thoughts. Lina has a habit of thinking out loud and she tends to talk to herself. Lina also puts others needs before her own and in most cases she reacts without thinking of her own well-being: if someone is being hurt, Lina will immediately try and protect them with any means possible without even considering herself. She is very, very selfless. Lina can be very curious and is very easily captivated and awed by even the simplest of objects and things. She is very much like a child in a way.

The Green Eyes of Envy!

Willow glanced up from her sketchpad to the screen. She knew very well what drinking did to a person and she didn't need reminding. She looked back down at the sketch she was doing, the half drawn face of a wolf staring up at her from the page. She slowly began shading in the fur where it needed it, soon becoming absorbed in her work.

Arabella wrinkled her nose as she stared at the screen. "ewwww." She said under her breath. She spotted James go outside and she popped up, heading out there as well. She smiled, walking over and putting a hand around him. "Hey, you alright?"

Alice hopped down from the chair and wrapped her small arms around his legs, grinning up Jason. "Mommy says I'm a big girl because I'm old enough to brush my own teeth and I can put socks on all by myself!" The little girl stated proudly, beaming.

+History+
Mara and her parents, unable to stay in Ireland because of her fathers job, moved to the small town of Riverdale. Mara had always seemed to be a burden to her parents. They hardly ever spoke to her and when they did it was either insults or pointing out what a failure she is as a daughter. As her parents had told her countless of times: she was useless and they were cursed with her instead of the son they dreamed of. Mara suffered through physical abuse and violence at the hands of her father and verbal abuse at the hands of her mother. When people in the town began to go missing and the townspeople came up with a plan to offer up four girls, Mara's parents practically offered her up and a silver platter, overjoyed to finally get rid of their burden.

She speaks Gaelic and while she can understand English, she has trouble speaking it and will often mix English and Gaelic words together when angry, frustrated, or scared

Divergent: Warriors Amung Us

William took a deep breath and flung himself from the train, skidding along the roof. He picked himself up, dusted himself off then joined the people crowding around a man.

Willow looked up from her lap as they reached the Amity compound. It was going to feel different in their house with just three people living there now. She sighed and looked at the fence in the distance, feeling a yearning to be with those she loved. But..she owed it to her parents. She sighed once more and jumped down from the truck.

Mara and her family lived in a cave at the base of the Bay Cliffs in Ireland. There were legends of their kind that were circling around Ireland but only the older generation believed in such tales, the younger ones scoffing and passing it off as just a silly fairly-tale. Mara was an only child and she was loved dearly by both of her parents. The young Mermaid enjoyed swimming through the ocean waters, exploring its depths though she was not allowed to stray too far from the cave without one of her parents. During the day Mara and her family had to keep a low profile but at night Mara liked to sneak away from the cave and sit on a rock, singing in the moonlight. A rumor reached some people that people in a small village in Ireland kept hearing beautiful singing at night. Men were sent to the town where they stuck around for a few days. When her parents found out and then received the letter for the academy, they made Mara go so that she would be safe.

Willow looked up as they were handed their packet and the girl began reading through the information. She looked over at James just in time to see him sign at her. She nodded without answering and turned her attention back to the papers clenched in her small hands. She felt James move closer and she unconsciously flinched away, her instinct to shy away from all human contact kicking in.

Arabella huffed as she folded her arms across her chest. "Well, I'm sorry but it seems were stuck together so we can either suck it up, get along and pass this class or we both fail. And I don't know about you but I don't feel like repeating Child Development again." She said, staring at him with unwavering eyes.

Willow watched her brother file out with the other Dauntless members but then her mother put an arm around the girl and the small family began walking out of the building, back towards the Amity compound. Willow couldn't stop herself from looking back and she saw the Dauntless members run off. Somewhere in that group were her brother and Jason. She felt tears prick her eyes before she shook her head and faced forward.
