Could I base my character off of a movie made about that fairytale? Like Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland for example?

Fractions: A New Age

Celia nodded at Caroline silently, glad that the room was calmed down slightly. She really hoped they would be able to get along now. After all, they would be living with one another now and she thought it would be nice if people weren't getting into fights left and right. However, given that the room was filled with different element users, there was bound to be some tension. She just hoped it wouldn't escalate further than that.

The Town

Celia Jenson | 16 | 4'11| 90 pounds | Human

Celia has always been a shy girl who prefers to speak through the pictures she takes. She is also mute but not deaf. She has a love for art, including photography, drawing, painting etc. She is very artistic. She is also new to town and is completely oblivious to the whole vampire, werewolf problem as well as a skeptic all it all.

Celia glanced at Caroline. "I'm not very good with ice yet but I can do fog and mist pretty well." She said. She then looked, wide-eyed between Caroline and another boy. Oh dear. She hoped they didn't start fighting. That wouldn't help their situation at all at the moment.

The Asylum

Arabella glanced up briefly and saw a new person had come into the room. She shuddered again, Lovely, more people that could brush up against her. She curled up tighter in her chair but then decided she didn't like sitting in something so open so she hopped down and scurried as fast as she could to a corner, almost tripping once or twice in her haste. There she curled up against the wall, watching the others warily.

Celia gave the statue Tat made a awed look. "That's amazing!" She said, giving him a small smile. She glanced at Caroline before she smiled again and brushed her fingers over the ground. Water droplets rose into the air before it formed into a stripe which then began to spiral around Caroline's whirlpool. "I'm Elpis as well." She answered as her water whirled around, doing twirls and loops in the air in front of her.
