"Dante? What's going on?" Kyo typed out his question as he followed the boy and the girl out to the door. Seeing Dante lock the door in such a hurry made him very nervous. Skittish, aren't we? I'd assume a nightmare of a familiar sort is on its way. But isn't it curious that the door was unlocked in the first place? What kind of hurried, careless person could have done that, I wonder?

Kyo stopped and felt the blood drain from his face when he heard the voice mention that. Trying his hardest not to panic, he typed out another question and tapped the text to speech button. "Dante. Eliza. Where is Katherin?"

Alastair headed down the hall and then saw kyo and decided to walk over to him. "hey kyo what's going on I slept in a little longer then I expected." Alastair said popping his back and neck.

Kyo nodded a greeting to the other boy as he approached. "Good morning, Alastair. I hope you are well today?" He honestly still felt slightly tense seeing him again after yesterday's craziness, but he still was convinced that he was still a fairly agreeable person. He just needed to stay away from Nerox, if at all possible.

Minerva giggled. "How so, You seem such a gentleman." She said nudging his side and blushing slightly.

"Thank you." The boy looked down in slight embarrassment, but typed out another answer after another moment of thought. "I am unfortunately unable to control my sense of reality, so it sometimes distorts that of other people."

Liz blushed. She knew that Kido had been in the room when she had tried to heal the unconscious kid. She wondered if that boy was alright. She hoped so. She smiled shyly at the girl behind him. "I slept pretty good. Thank you. How about you?"

Kyo nodded out of habit. "I am glad to hear it. I believe that I also slept sufficiently well, thank you." Perhaps that meant that his attempt had worked. That was certainly a good thing.

"It's fun to swim in." Minerva said to Kyo. "Good Golly I wish I could see it again." Her heart aching for the sea. "Forgive me for being bold, but am I allowed to know why you're here."

The boy hesitated for a moment at the question, thinking of the best way to answer. Looking away for a moment in thought, he soon turned back to her, having decided that he might as well be truthful. After typing his answer quickly, he looked up with a slight, nervous smile.
"I was deemed 'a menace to society.'"

Aaron replied with a groan as he lazily got himself out of bed, "yeah I'm up...what time is it anyway?" Aaron was never one to wake up early and the realization that he'd be doing this for the rest of the summer.

"Ah...I don't know. The sun's up, but I haven't really checked when I've woken up before." He placed Palo on his pillow before getting up and searching around the cabin. "I thought I had a clock somewhere. I'm sure that I'll find it."

"Come in." Katherin thought she recognized the voice but she wasn't sure. She couldn't think of anyone who would want to visit her. It was probably someone from her faction with a question. She pulls herself into a seated position.

Kido slowly opened the door and peeked in. "Katherin?"

His eyes widened considerably when he saw the state she was in and he suddenly couldn't speak. What...what did they do? Opening the door a bit more, he walked in hesitantly. "K-Katherin..." It was hard to speak around the lump forming in his throat. "I...I'm sorry..."

So, now what? Felice questioned himself as he finished organizing the kitchen. We've gotten through the first day, we've learned the basic schedule, and we have the start of a communication ring forming. That is, if anyone is able to even recognize and make sense of it without giving it away. Placing a few utensils on the counter, the amber-eyed boy entered the pantry to decide on ingredients he wanted to use. He wanted a few vegetables and a source of protein at least, but he wanted to come up with ways to get the other food groups in if he was going to be doing this sort of thing often. The last thing they needed was people getting sick at a critical moment.

What do we still need, and what do we have available right now? The slightly short male furrowed his brow as continued his train of thought. Someone has to know what we're trying to do, probably, or communication falls through. That's what he said earlier. And we need someone to test the system, anyway. So the next question is, who do we let in? Or who do we get in with? Grabbing a few appealing looking vegetables and some rice, he entered the main part of the kitchen again and set what he had on the counter as he silently pondered the question. And what about that one? I feel like he wants attention, but what will it cost to accommodate? I don't like him enough to risk my neck.

"I like it so far, though I wish it was closer to a large body of water-like a lake or river. Ooo! The ocean would be even better." She said dreaming about the time she was allowed in the ocean. "The Atlantic is beautiful."

The dark-eyed boy smiled slightly at her enthusiasm. "I agree, it would be quite nice to see the ocean. I wonder if we will ever get the chance to travel there."

Liz silently sat in the dinning room. She hope today would be better than yesterday. She was nervous about having an official day at the orphanage. She didn't know what to expect. She wasn't sire that she could handle having another day like yesterday.

Kyo stood up when he saw that Liz had entered the room. Truthfully, he had been worried about her since he left her room the day before. After tapping on his tablet for a few seconds, he smiled gently at the girl and tapped the speech button.
"Good morning, Liz. I hope that you slept well?"

Kyo looked around, a bit confused. Where had their host gone? Dinner was ready and everything. Had she had some other business to attend to? [i]But she always told us when she was going somewhere before...had she just forgotten? After looking around for a moment longer, he picked up his tablet and started typing again. "Did Katherin say that she was going somewhere?"

Katherin lay in her room on her bed. She was not in good shape. She had been badly beaten. Her black eye had swollen shut. Her slip lip was still bleeding. She had cuts and bruises all over. She wasn't going anywhere for a few days.

After a few minutes of searching, Kido eventually found what seemed to be the correct room. Taking a deep breath, he tried to calm his nerves a bit before knocking on the door. "Katherin? May I come in?" He waited for a moment with his hand on the doorknob. Would she be able to answer? What if she was sleeping?
