She wanted to cry or scream but she could not manage to do either. She still felt guilty in spite of Ivy's reaction....

Kido watched the fox with a blank expression as she gave her side of the story. She seemed pretty upset, and that was kind of sad, too. Crouching down beside her, he tried to pet her head again. "I think...maybe we all don't know how to really react to each other. We're all so used to being freaks, that we don't know how to stop being freaks. And we have trouble understanding each other because of that." He kept petting her head as he spoke quietly. "Ivy has a lot of trouble with her ability, because she can't use it enough to learn how it works, I think. So I sometimes think that maybe it makes her upset to see everyone else use theirs so freely. And Kyle is just scared for the same reason that I am: He's watched people he cares about get hurt. None of us know how each other's powers work, so we all overreacted because we're too cautious."

"I've watched my friends disappear one by one. I didn't want another to disappear. And you just want to make friends that won't leave you because of what you do either, right? Maybe we're the same. But we don't know each other, and we don't know what everyone has been through, so we all ended up hurting each other. I don't think we have to just let our wounds bleed out alone, though. Maybe we just need to patch each other up. Kiss it and make it better." The boy attempted to hug the fox again. "I'm sorry that this happened. It's not a very good way to start camp, is it? If you want, though, could we maybe start again? Nobody should have to feel so terrible and alone at the end of the day."

The Pyramid

Runo stared at Tanikazi as he spoke, and continued to do so for a good few seconds after he was done.
"...robots? What... are those?" He tilted his head to the side again in confusion. "And who are you? You never said."

He looked over to Gwen again, still confused. "I don't really know how I got here. One moment, I was getting ready to go back to the pod, and the next... wait, if I'm here--!!" The merman looked panicked and started searching the area he could still see from the tank. Where was he? Pulling himself up to the top of the tank where there was some air, he started letting out a series of distressed sounds and clicks as he looked around. "He's gone! Where did he go? Did he get caught?"

That was Lucifer. He's easily distracted.

Natsumi still a fox right now. jumped out of Kido's arms and ran over to the boy as she tried to help Kido drag him. "Did ivy do this...?" Natsumi said while looking at the body of the boy.

(That's not Kido dragging him, that's Branch, but yeah.)

Kido pouted as he followed the fox. "You still never answered me! I still need your help later, and I'm not going to leave until it's taken care of. This is important to me!" As he looked over where she was looking, he stopped for a moment. "What makes you think that Ivy would do this? She wouldn't hurt people, or even pretend to. And besides, there aren't any burns on him." He looked down at the unconscious boy for a bit longer before looking up at Branch. "Um...who is he, anyway?"

Orphanage for Supernatural Kids

Kyo dropped the fans at the sound of the bell, surprised out of his focused state. Was gym class over already? He must have spent the entire time in here. Now that he thought of it, he hadn't even gotten anywhere while he was in here. Had he really just wasted all that time? The housekeeper would probably be irritated...and he still didn't know if Liz was okay. If she didn't want to be found, though, she probably wouldn't be. He lacked any sort of ability that would be particularly useful in locating someone as far as he knew, so it wasn't as if there was much he could do. I might as well go back before the housekeeper punishes me...

As soon as he picked up his fans, he started toward the door to go to the next class. Something stopped him just before he left, though. Some sort of weird feeling...
Although he was unsure why he felt that he had to do so, he crouched down and left one fan just inside the room, a few steps away from the door. Once it was there, he stood again and left the room, wondering if he would actually see it again in the near future.

Expermental Army

Felice turned away from the boy again, whipping the tears from his face and trying to put some distance between them as he attempted to recompose himself. "Non mi toccare mai. Non fare. Non sei..." He took a few deep breaths and tried to focus back on what he had wanted to do before. His attention was certainly caught by what Roxy said. Limited? How? That couldn't be a good sign.

After thinking for a moment, he reached into his vest and produced two batons, showing them to Roxy and Limbo. "Poteste fare altri?" The boy stopped and thought for a moment. "Copia? Copy?"

"Don't worry, Sir! My work is top quality as long as I don't fall asleep during critical moments!" The catboy reassured happily, seeming to forget how to read the atmosphere. He was pretty excited as he placed his glasses and notebook back into the pockets he had just taken them from a moment ago. At the older man's question, however, his face changed into an expression of confusion. "What? When did I do that?"

XDD Yay! You noticed. I've been great, busy with my first semester of college but I've managed. Took a little break from RPing when all of the RPs I was in died. Now I'm back and ready to rock! ...As soon as I figure out what to do for this character of mine. Hahaha, so how have you been yourself?

Doing pretty well. A bit busy lately, but not too bad. I'm still mulling over ideas for a character as well, but I think I want to try something new this time. Maybe dig into some more obscure mythology...
