Hello! Nice to see you, eh?
I'm Yami, a college student and sometimes decent artist heavily influenced by anime/manga styles. Um...I'm not that interesting, really. I do some cosplay stuff and can get really into anything that interests me enough, but that's about it.
I might be in a bit of a slump right now, actually. I'm looking for something really fascinating to pique my interest once again, help me get back into the swing of things. I'm into crazy fantasy situations, especially.

The situation only seemed to become more bizarre as Kyo watched it unfold. He really didn't understand what was happening. What was wrong with the chair? Did the newcomer really not have any powers, or was he just nervous about them? He must have had some sort of power if he was here, so perhaps it was the latter. He hadn't been all that keen on showcasing his powers at first either, he remembered, but it wasn't exactly like he could cover them up back when he had first arrived, either. But what exactly led this other boy to the conclusion that the cat wanted to eat him-- wait, he could see the cat?
The silent boy's eyes widened slightly and his face paled a bit further. Was he subconsciously making images that others could see again?

"Did he say something, at least? Tch! Of course that would happen! This is why I don't ask people for help!" The amber-eyed boy huffed and crossed his arms before turning to the sound of the bell. "What is that? Is that a signal of some kind? Should we be doing something about it?"
Chibi-Kido shook his head. "Roxy, if we weren't prepared to get in trouble, why would we be here? This is something that friends just do, isn't it?" The tiny boy attempted a small smile, despite how shaky it still probably looked, before turning back to Eren. "She's right about a few things, though. We can't let that guy do this again, and we do need to go tell Dante what's going on. I just don't know how to do both without letting him back in." Looking down at the floor, he put a tiny hand to his chin in thought. "And I don't understand why the counselors are being so weird, either. I thought that they would be keeping creepy people like that out of here."

"He'll only start over. Please go with Kido. The lunch bell soon. I don't want the two of you to get into trouble because of me."

New Year's resolutions/reflections? Interesting... Let's see...
In the past year, I guess I've started working with character backstories a lot more, and now I have some recurring characters whose stories really interest me and who make me really excited to roleplay with. I think I've gotten a bit better with description, and I don't post one-liners quite as often as I used to. I still can't do anything over maybe three paragraphs, it seems, but maybe that's okay, too. Shorter posts seem to work pretty well for my style, as long as I get all the necessary details in anyway. I've also tried GMing a bit, and it's definitely tough. I have a lot of respect for the people who keep their roleplays going for months at a time.
This year, I want to get better with description, and learn how to use my words a bit more carefully to still be able to describe a lot without boring people or confusing them. I'd also like to learn how incorporate character arcs a little more smoothly and work with the character and story arcs that other people put out there. I like when a couple of characters really seem to mesh and get things done together and still experience their own personal growth. Other than that, I think that I'd like to keep a few stories going until next year at least, too.

Brown eyes widened further at the sound of the announcement and a loud whimper escaped the smaller boy's mouth. Amber eyes just narrowed further, however, and an angry voice growled out into a shout from the larger boy. "SHUT UP AND-A LET ME MAKE SURE YOU DIDN'T POTENTIALLY KILL-A MY CHARGE, DAMMIT!" Only further enraged, he went back to scanning Kido's shoulders to the best of his ability before releasing the boy and standing up, roughly pulling him to his feet and gripping his shoulders. "This morning, you didn't notice anything odd, did you? You're not bleeding from anywhere, are you?"
"F-Felice....They're going to d-do something horrible... You're n-not supposed to t-touch p-people..."
"Are there injection marks anywhere?! Answer-a that first!"
Kido flinched, eyes watering at the tone of voice and the thought that Felice was going to end up like Katherin had. "I-injection marks? N-no, I didn't notice a-any. A-and I'm not bleeding..."
Sucking in a deep breath, Felice clenched his hands and looked around the hall until he found one of the cameras and started shouting at it, pointing at the smaller boy. "Don't freaking touch-a this idiot, do you hear me? You have no idea what kind of problems we just got him out of and we don't-a need to send him back to the hospital!"
Shaking with the force of his anger, he let out a huff and turned back to the smaller boy, reaching into his vest to pull out his batons and MP3 player to shove into Kido's hands. "Keep these safe until I get back." Seeing him open his mouth to protest, the amber-eyed boy glared at him. "If you try to stop me or follow me, I'll tie you up and burn Palo."
Shutting his mouth, Kido watched the slightly taller boy walk away down the hall. As soon as his angry friend was out of sight, the small boy dropped to his knees and started crying.
