Bio

Hello! Nice to see you, eh?

I'm Yami, a college student and sometimes decent artist heavily influenced by anime/manga styles. Um...I'm not that interesting, really. I do some cosplay stuff and can get really into anything that interests me enough, but that's about it.

I might be in a bit of a slump right now, actually. I'm looking for something really fascinating to pique my interest once again, help me get back into the swing of things. I'm into crazy fantasy situations, especially.

Having found herself in a bedroom, Mocha had wasted little time in moving whatever she could over to block the door. She didn't bother with the four post bed, knowing her strength was nowhere near enough to even budge it, but there were a few nightstands and chairs that were easily moved. She was even able to get the dresser pretty close with enough effort. She honestly wasn't sure how long it would hold up against an attack from a beast like that, but any time she could buy with it was appreciated.

She had just finished moving the dresser when she heard Jade's voice calling, but only stepped away from the door blockade and continued trying to catch her breath. She shook her head, crouching down at the side of the bed. "N-no. I don't want to be eaten. I..." She continued mumbling to herself for a minute, not really giving any sign of moving from her spot.
I think I'm almost ready to reintroduce Kido into some roleplays again. ^_^ I'm not sure exactly when yet, but he might be able to come back in the near future.
Kyo didn't really realize how many pairs he had collected until he lost another pair and took another look at his pile. It was getting pretty tall; there were probably only a few more pairs that could be played before the game ended. Though, he still didn't understand much besides the fact that the other male seemed to become more flustered as time went on.

Wait, should he have just let him win? Would that have been more helpful?

The realization made him hesitate at the next pair out of distraction, though he could see that it probably wouldn't do much good at this point when he tuned back in. Only a few cards left. It made him wonder, though; if they didn't get any matches for the last two cards, how would that affect things?
Pterodactyl man returns!
Acht felt caught between rolling its eyes and smirking. Clearly, the assessment of the rude one had been correct: He wouldn't be much trouble unless he needed to use him for something. Which she would be making every effort to avoid for now. He had other observations to make about the others, like that witty girl who had just spoken. "They say that sarcasm is a foreign language for some, and a sign of a healthy mind for others." Looking up to the girl, he gave a slight smile. "Good to know that there are still some in this place."
Hearing the dragon still chasing behind her, Mocha kept running as fast as she could, not even caring where she was going as long as she could get away. Turning corners and eventually coming across another flight of stairs, she found herself very grateful for the natural speed most rabbits had on foot. Any slower and she was certain that she wouldn't have a prayer of survival.

Dashing up the stairs, she looked around for an unlocked room and slammed the door behind her, relieved to find a lock that could be used. It probably wouldn't do too much good if the dragon burned the door, but at least she had a little time to figure something out.
Ruko shrugged again. He honestly wasn't sure how many people were supposed to be arriving, and he wasn't sure what other supplies Val needed. Pulling on the door to the ballroom, he eventually stopped as he realized that it wouldn't open. "I guess this is what we need the key for. We still have it, don't we?"
No worries. Just letting you know that I'm still here.
Kyo took another few pairs, noticing that the boy in front of him seemed to have gotten a bit distracted. Now that he thought of it, he wasn't entirely sure what he was trying to get out of the game. Did he need to win or lose? What happened either way? While he was lost in his own thoughts, he almost didn't notice the next pair himself. He shook his head quickly as he tried to refocus.
Still here, just lost.
