Appearance: York is long and lean from a lifetime of climbing and free-running through the Under. Wears clothes suitable for climbing, fingerless gloves for grip, and a bandanna and glasses to keep his hair out of the way and his eyes free from grit. Solemn nature when he's not climbing, has a weight that he can't ever put down

How they discovered their ability(If they have yet): York discovered his power when he was still quite young. His grandfather, who was dying of terminal illness in the under district, asked him a favour on his eighteenth birthday. He asked York to kill him. This is something that he would not ask of a child, but once his grandson became a man he asked and York, loving his grandfather and hating to see him suffer, fulfilled the old man's dying wish. After the event he went on a spree of drinking, gambling and fighting, anything to take his mind off of what he'd done. It was during one such fight that someone pulled a knife on him and stabbed him to death. Waking up was one hell of a surprise.

Notable Background History: After learning of this ability York went on a killing spree, but not the kind you expect. His was a mission of mercy, and he was determined to help people like his grandfather who wanted to escape their unbearable existence. He knows of the existence of other people who could steal lives, but refuses to get involved with them. He has heard rumours about the vicious Witch Queen, a vicious woman who has killed thousands to prolong her life indefinitely. He would rather die than involve himself with such a person.

Dresden Files RPG

Hi guys. I am here to see if anyone has an interest in playing the Dresden Files RPG. I have the core rulebook and the expansions and am a huge fan of the series it's based off of. The system allows for everything from, supernatural style roadtrips, to buffy style scooby gangs and even full-blow professional monster hunters. There are also social and investigative mechanics for those who want a quieter game. If you have interest then let me know. Ideally looking for four player but will be willing to take more or less if everyone is really into it. Setting wise the game allows you to base yourselves anywhere in the world, and setting creation is a collaborative effort. ALternatively if you want me to create the details of the setting I can come up with some good ones. In terms of character creation the sky's the limit. We have had at one point a nordic time traveler, battling with a modern day assassin who for some reason uses a bow and arrow. Zany adventures to be sure but no less fun. Let me know

Also given that I'm interested in running a full game i'm considering setting us up on Roll20. It's a tabletop RPG site. It's all text and chat based but it would make playing a Dresden Files game a lot of fun, and still be annonymous. Let me know what you guys think of this
