Personality: Izari is very dark in personality and can have urges to cause terrible fear against his opponents, which is a trait that all members of his clan share. He spends a lot of his time trying to keep his darker side under control so he doesn't end up a violent rogue. Despite his darker emotions, Izari tries his best to not be consumed by the darkness that lurks within his heat and does make an attempt to be friendly to others, but to people are do not know him, it is like his body gives off an unsettling aura and makes them wary around. Thanks to his genin training, he was able to keep his darker side under control and proved himself to be good enough to be ranked as a Jounin. He also does have a nicer side which makes some people wonder if he has split personality. He can come off as creepy and crazy when he uses his catchphrase "Izari is a nice guy" in a joking manner. When he showing his lighter side, Izari comes off as nice and polite, but if you push him to his edge then he will become more dangerous and violent. Many believe that his darker side is curse that all of his clan share, and it is true that the Turimora clan all share this dark personality. The question is, is his lighter or darker side who he truly is? He himself may not even know, but he is very loyal to his clan and those they align themselves with.
Recent History: To understand Izari's situation with the empire, a bit of his clans history must first be revealed. Legend says that centuries ago the Turimora made a deal with Ragulhu, the god of darkness, horror and the deep oceans, and in return for their worship, Ragulhu granted them their Kekkei Genkai The horror Tentacles. With their powerful bloodline technique and Mecronomicon scroll revealing the secrets of the Elder Seal and the Seal of Ragulhu, including the ability to summon his spawn, the Turimora clan became one of more powerful shinobi clan. It said that during the leadership of the clan's legendary thirteenth leader, the Turimora were said to have even rivaled the powerful Uchiha clan. Long ago the Turimora clan was a big rival of the famous Uchiha clan and they battled one another many generations. Turmora believe a legend that says an ancient Uchiha shinobi fought Ragulhu himself with the aid of the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, but the legend doesn't say who the victor was and to this day, the Turimora think of the Uchiha as their greatest foes. There is a saying that the Turimora mention, 'When an Uchiha crosses blades with a Turimora then the determination of the latter to beat the other becomes even greater'.
Despite the great power given to them, there was a side effect to their deal with Ragulhu, in exchange for power the Turimora clan became darker and did blood sacrifices to the god, believing in showing their enemies what true fear is like. This made them feared throughout the shinobi world and The Village Hidden in The Mist was the only nation that would tolerate their dark god worship, which added to the already bloody history of the village. There are many who do not believe the story of them making a deal with the god, but their Kekkei Genkai and the scroll are all the proof that the Turimora need to believe the legend. The Turimora clan did resist the empire during their conquest of the shinobi villages, but when The Empire achieved victory, The Turimora chose to become loyal to The Empire and became one of the primary top class shinobi clans. The Turimora say that Ragulhu has given them a vision of where his rule over the world is assured and that they will be overlords and enforcers of his will.
Izari was born to a mother and father who were a part of the more common members of their clan. Many thought that he wouldn't be as powerful as the children of the higher up clan members, but he proved them wrong by showing skill in using the Horror Tentacles at an early age and he got the attention of his clan's leaders. His parents were proud of their son for his talents in ninjutsu and he found himself becoming a genin at age 10. His years as a genin were tough and The Empire had them go on regular mission to hunt down enemies of the state, and it was during these missions that Izari questioned whether or not his clan had made the right choice in siding with The Empire. But his loyalty was to his clan and if the Turimora wanted to align themselves with The Empire then he would respect their decision. Unfortunately tragedy struck just before he was made a chuunin, his parents died during a mission to hunt down the Konoha rebels and were killed by mercenaries hired by the rebels. After this incident, Izari became more darker in personality and he felt more close to his duty and loyalty to the empire. He let this naivety last through his years as a chuunin until he was forced to kill an innocent family who were sympathetic to the rebels, as his first mission as a jounin. And now Izari is not sure which side is in the right, but what he is sure of is his loyalty to the Turimora clan and he would never betray his clan.
Allegiance: His clan is allied with The Empire so he swore allegiance with it, but he does not fully agree with their ideology. There were two reasons why his clan joined The Empire, the first one was because they didn't believe that the rebels and Konoha would defeat The Empire, and the second reason was that with The Empire's resources, the Turimora would seek to make themselves the most powerful shinobi clan in the ninja world and bring glory to Ragulhu.

Horror Tentacles: This bloodline technique allows Izari to have large green tentacles grow out of pretty much anywhere on his body, which he can use in many different ways like extra limbs. By putting chakra into the Kekkei Genkai, Izari can make the tentacles grow to incredible lengths and increase their strength. He can also make them be of smaller size to increase their speed and unpredictability. Izari uses these tentacles in both offensive and defensive ways, such as ensnaring and slamming his enemies, and then shielding him from attacks and deflecting weapons. Izari can use his chakra natures to have his tentacles do elemental attacks or increase their strength and durability. What also makes the Kekkei Genkai unique is that the tentacles can also be used like extra limbs and are able to grab things which he on many occasions utilizes when using weapons. Finally, he can have the tentacles release black ink that is acidic and burns enemies that come into contact with it.
Despite all of their powerful abilities, the Kekkei Genkai does have weaknesses. The more tentacles that Izari summons requires him to use more chakra and takes up even more chakra to use tentacles combined with his chakra natures. And finally, unless he protects the tentacles with his chakra nature, they are vulnerable to fire attacks.

Effect: Izari has a really large tentacle come out of his palm and makes it slam into his enemies with great force. He can strengthen the attack by putting more chakra into it and causing more damage to his opponent.
Weakness: unless it is back with Izari's chakra nature then a strong fire technique can repel the jutsu.

Effect: This technique allows Irashi to summon the Ragulhi which are dwarf sized demons that are part human, part octopus and part dragon in appearance. They have wings to fly with and that is how they move the quickest, and they try to swarm their pray and try bite and claw at them with the shape talons on their fingers and their incredibly sharp fangs. They are extremely strong despite their size and are pretty smart. They also can shoot out black ink that is acidic and burns their opponents upon contact.
Weakness: The more Ragulhi he summons with the technique, the more chakra he is has to use to pull it off, and while the Ragulhi are very powerful, they are not invincible and do share a weakness to fire.

Weakness: It requires an average amount of chakra to keep the eyes from disappearing on the tentacles and if they are hit with enough force then they will vanish.

Effect: Izari has the Elder Seal on his chest which is a five pointed pentacle that has eye at the center. When the power of this seal is activated, Izari is surrounded by a dark blue aura of chakra and the seal glows that same color brightly. While he is surrounded by this aura, Izari is temporarily immune to almost all types of genjutsu and non elemental ninjutsu. This is one of his greatest defensive abilities.
Weakness: Despite the incredible defense that the seal gives, it can drain huge amounts of chakra, and after four minutes of using the power, 80% percent of Izari's chakra will be used up. The Elder Seal's defensive power does not work against techniques that are not genjutsu or non-elemental ninjutsu, and the Elder Seal cannot protect him from Mangekyō Sharingan techniques.

Effect: Izari has a seal on his abdomen which when activated allows him to transform into a man-sized version of his clan's god
Ragulhu. Once in this form he becomes much stronger and faster and this includes his tentacles. This form also greatly increases his elemental ninjutsu, and gives him the ability to fly by using his wings.
Weakness: this Juinjutsu burns through chakra very quickly and can completely deplete Izari's chakra reserves and almost destroy his body if he is in the form for too long. He can only stay for five minutes before he loses all of his chakra and is left vulnerable. This is last another last resort technique that can have bad consequences if used too much.

Effect: This technique to allows Izari to create several tentacles which he uses to slam around his opponent and then one of the tentacles grabs them and draws them close to him. Izari then kicks them into the air and leaps after them. He then hits them from three different angles with three tentacles and then grabs them with a fourth one. Izari then throws them back down onto the ground using the tentacle and then slams on top of them with his elbow.
Weakness: the tentacles are weak against fire and taijutsu counters can also work against the technique.

Effect: Izari has two tentacles dig underground to try sneak up on an unsuspecting enemy and then come up below their feet to ensnare their legs and immobilize them.
Weakness: In order to keep up the technique's deception, Izari has to stand still in order to not have the two tentacles discovered by moving away from where the tentacles went underground. The tentacles are weak against fire.

Effect: This technique allows Izari to create a tentacle made of thick mud to hit his opponents with. Once the enemy is hit with the mud, the gooey liquid slightly expands and sticks to them causing their feet to stick to the ground and slows down their movement.
Weakness: a current of lightning can disintegrate the mud.
Name: Horror Gods Summons

Effect: This summoning allows Izari to summon an assortment of large monsters that are said to be the children of his clan's god Ragulhu. So far Izari only has three,
Morgoth,
Ornaro and
Namoron. These creatures are giant in size and are about as big as any of the giant summons and each of them have their set of attacks.
Weakness: same as any other giant summoning technique.
Skills: Very fast, extremely strong and very skilled in armed and unarmed combat. He is also an excellent swimmer and a great tracker.
Tools: Izari wields a pair of
Kama sicles, and has a good amount of explosive tags. He also has all the other basic tools and equipment that a shinobi has.
