also my other problem with your abilities are the fact your A and B rank attacks don't mention taking up a lot of chakra, that to me sounds unfair

If I may...Ra is only as powerful as you let her be. Obviously, facing alone is a very bad idea. But if someone faces the Empress' advisor alone, they probably deserve it for sheer stupidity. But OP or broken? I wouldn't say so. Her weaknesses are there, just need to get creative.

well if that's the case then I would say that Ra would hardly be allowed to fight since it would break the combat in this rp, especially since there are other Empire characters involved. We can keep her the way she is but it would be very unfair to other players if she could end battles quickly and own everyone, that's the type of things that make people quit rps. This is my suggestion so take how ever you like.
