Superman is great, it's not just about the powers it's about the character, he has been around since the 30s and his symbol is one of the most recognized icons in the world next to the christian cross. Powers aren't everything, it is the man that defines the hero and Clerk Kent is great at giving us the human side of Superman. He is also the Ultimate immigrant since he came from another world, and he is a mosses and Christ figure as well. there's a reason he has been around for over seventy years

For the purposes of maintaining some sort of dramatic tension, I can't specifically say but expect them to show up after the League get's more established and they handle more international threats like the growing unrest in China.
do the aliens have to be a threat? how about we go the Legion of Superheroes rout where they are discriminated against and hated.

I was just saying that Madara was cool to me. The best villains are in comic books, they are powerful and very human as well. There are no villains better than the Joker, Darkseid and Atrocitus, I'm just saiyan
I still love what he did Madara, the best types of villains are the ones that seem unbeatable.
