here's my second character, sorry for the delay, this rp will be starting sometime today.

Name: Rudolf Brandt

Powers:
pyrokinesis: Rudolf has a powerful command of fire and can create and manipulate it in manner different ways which include shaping the flames and creating destructive blasts. It does have two weaknesses, his fire attacks are weaker when they have to be long ranged and water can douse the flames.

Equipment: a Walther PP pistol and an FG 42 assault rifle.
Personality: cold, calculating and ruthless
History: His parents died fro starvation after the end of the first world war because of Germany's economic crisis, and from then on, Rudolf had a deep hatred for allied countries. his parents' death fueled his ever growing anger within him and eventually it exploded, quite literally. he had been being bullied by some local kids and Rudolf's anger caused the the kids to burst into flames and die a terrible death. from then on he knew that he was different and when Hitler's third Reich began using Metahumans to dominate the war, Rudolf was ready to serve the leaders of the Reich and joined up. Now with the Nazis having the majority of Europe under their control, Rudolf was one of the many muscle or back bone of a crime boss. he is now ready to still the blood of the allies.

What I mean is that Sam still has the time period thing where he has one type of power and when that time period is over he switches to another power so he can only have one power at a time and he would be stuck with it until the time period was up and then his power would switch.

But that's the thing Amazo is a villain and not a hero, Sam is a hero which is where the problem arises since this is a roleplay, some powers just don't work as well with rps like other abilities. What would have been better is if Sam shifted between different powers instead of copying them from other heroes, he would be sort of like Jack Jack from the Incredibles

The problem with characters who can copy other heroes' abilities is that it kind of seems like it has no purpose unless the story calls for it, but to me I don't think it works for rps, it is a cool power but it works better for stories. If the character was a villain then the power copying ability would make more sense because the villain would not have to worry about being too OP.

Walking closer towards the girl he walked around the corner and bumped into the little girl, which could only had been seven or eight years old. The girl just stood there totally in shock and didn't even move a muscle as he asked if she was lost even after a few minutes had past she finally came to her senses and just looked at the strange red haired person she just have the reply with a nod and the red haired person just smiled and asked if she would let him help her to find her mommy. With a smile and taking his hand, they were now walking down the streets of Berlin. But after an four hour search the both of them couldn't find her mother or any sign of anyone knowing about her having an mother. So he decited to just sit down on a bench with her and enjoy that they finally could sit down. The wind was getting stronger and the little girl lightly hold on her shoulder, like she was hiding something. Hans just looked at the little girl and asked if her arm hurted or something but she just shoke her head until the wind got strong enough to make a brown peice of cloth fly away and reviling her Jew armband. Standing up quickly he catched the piece of cloth and gave it to her for the little girl to cover the armband again. Hans reached out his hand for him to show that the little jew girl should follow him and she did it as the little girl did know what normaly would had happen if someone saw the armband cover being reviled to a germany citizen but this one didn't freak out on the stop For her this was a sign of that he probably was friendly. But how wrong could the little girl be. They had been walking towards the outskirks of Berlin and had entered a forest which hans had said his family was holding up jews to hide them. In truth the place was filled with dead people of jewish corpes that he had gotten over a span of two years with him having been bored out of his mind with school and in need of a hobby. As the little girl entered the little wooden hut she could smell something funny and looked behind her, only to get a cowbar agaisnt her head hard and going out like a light within seconds. Hans just had a big smile on his lips as the little jew girl was knocked out like a light and hit the wooden floor. Am hour later he had her tired up on a wooden tabel that had blood all over it, dried blood from the past victems since who would care if jews would disapere here and there since they are nothing more than worthless waste of gods giftsStarting with taking a little knife out he cut open the girls chest that he had made naked with thankng off all her clothes. The little girl shock awoke from the pain and tried to scream but only found out that only groans was coming out of her mouth. Hans had put a mouth gag to shut her up if she did awake while he had undressed her. Hans was just grinning widely as he made slow progress with cutting up the girls chest and soon reviling the red raw flesh of the body and small glims of a deeper cut he accidently had made. Finishing the wonderful work of his he left the little wooden hut but not without washing his hands first with water and soap at the nearby river.Three years since he had cut open the little girl he had entered the Berlin universaty and completed it with getting a diploma in engerniring. which was something he was half hearthed about since he wanted to be a surgeon but he heard that the rich needed engineers more. So this made him start to draw plans for planes, U-boats that could even hold plains in them and diffrent models of panzers, each special in its way ranging from anti panzer to panzers that could just rain hell from above with two 88mm cannons like on the tiger.

Turning away from Selene, James' analytical senses picked up on another student focusing on them. his eyes locked onto the girl and his superhuman analysis ability kicked in. Within a moment James' senses told him that she was no trouble to them and he his analysis told him that she had the ability to read other zodiacs' powers. This gave him the suspicion that she was another Pisces like Sonja.

"She sensed our powers to find out what they were, she was most likely just curious, she's not a threat" James said to Sonja calmly.

"That's amusing, because I normally try to have about as much physical contact I can get, if you understand my meaning of course" he said a chuckle as he showed over his fangs. He normally wasn't one for jokes but in his limited experience he found that humans of the modern world seemed to like someone more if they told funny jokes, and if he was going to be part of a team then he would have get use to their crazy personalities.
