I don't get why people use the "hasn't learned yet" or "will learn later" crap. If they learn it later, add it later. If they don't know it, it doesn't really belong on a current CS. But then that's just my opinion. Who am I to tell people how to make characters.

The whole purpose is to keep track of techniques that haven't been learned yet. Also I do it so the GM knows what my character plans to learn and agrees with it.

Because of this fact it is Jashin's philosophy that everyone should live as if they were immortal, for their lives were bound to inevitably end, yet he was cursed as the supposed incarnation of God, created by the hatred toward the Sage of Six Paths' way of life and the idolatry of immortality. And so Jashin lives only to please himself, casting aside emotions and scorning anyone who believes differently. He judges most humans to be weak and acts condescendingly toward them, but his attitude will quickly shift when he recognizes a formidable opponent. He will calmly greet powerful enemies with respect as it is not every day of his never-ending life that he is able to enjoy a fight to the death and truly feel alive. Second Seal - The second seal, when released, gives birth to Jashin's favorite ability. His own blood turns highly corrosive like acid, eating through whatever it touches. He turns his own wounds into weapons, and it able to sling his blood at enemies. However, if he uses too much blood he begins to suffer physical fatigue. He will not die from blood loss, but too much loss can incapacitate him. Jashin cannot yet release the second seal of his own will.Third Seal - This seal releases a ridiculous amount of pent up chakra into the body, further increasing his physical traits, however the main attraction of the third seal is its ability to heal the user's organic tissue with chakra by rapidly facilitating the process of recreating cells. Skilled users can focus on areas of their body when anticipating an attack and focus chakra to the location to immediately begin healing as soon as they are struck. Jashin has only slightly tampered with the third seal, but cannot activate it even partially of his own will. It was released once before in his life, not by his own will, after he passed out from trauma when recalling the origins of his seal. The third seal released and healed his body, making a full recovery before he awoke. The downside to this seal is that it is timed by how much chakra he has. When this seal is released, chakra is rapidly spent, and even more is spent for each wound healed.Weakness: Jashin has a very poor knowledge of this powerful seal of immortality, and although it makes him immortal he can still be immobilized by various other means since killing someone is not the only way one can be defeated.

I like the idea of using Jashin but your technique is very powerful for a genin, you should list it as a future jutsu

the sea was calm sight a to Reowyn as he and the crew of the longship continued on their journey to the United Islands of Myration. it was winter back in his country, but here further south it was warmer and this was a good reason why they traded with Myration, they could offer them fish for the winter months when food was scarce in their cold environment, this would solve several of their problems with food shortages during the winter. they were pretty far away from their home and Reowyn didn't know much about the types of men that lived south. but so far Myration had been a great ally to have with their big supplies of fish to trade and also their stone which helped with the fortifying of towns in Eranor. they also traded salt which was good for keeping the meats from going bad. trade with the island nation had benefited Eranor greatly and now they had an ally who would help expand their trade to other nations.

war was coming soon to Myration, that was what Reowyn heard. this made him a little excited since it had been a long time since he had fought in a big war and it offer the perfect chance to improve his skills on the battlefield. after a while of sailing, Reowyn spotted a ship far off in the distance and soon saw that it was a ship from Myration. this was strange, usually they wouldn't a Myration ship when they were the ones going to the kingdom to trade. no matter confusion there was no doubt that it was ship fro Myration. the question was, what were they doing in these parts of the sea? he guessed that he would soon find out. once the ship came close enough, Reowyn called out to them, "greetings friends, what brings you to these waters?"

What I meant by overrated was how people make them seem like they're the end all be all. There are plenty of ninjas who could kick their asses on a regular basis
