Maybe have the reason be like a secret weapon so if war broke out, the rain village could strike out against Konoha since being a minor nation, the leaf village wouldn't really see Amegakure as much of a threat, they would focus on the big four, and our village is in between them. So in someway our two characters would be like living weapons of mass destruction.

Well my character won't be angry with ether of yours but he will be pissed with the people who decided to keep it a secret, it's a hard thing being alienated by most of your village and not being told that there was someone else like him. My suggestion is that you should add a reason for the rain village having a second Jinchuuruki to your CS since minor villages would rarely acquire them from the great nations.

Well that will make him angry at the heads of their village, they basically lied to him about being the only one, because both them the same age but everyone knew Maiko was a Jinchuuruki

Orin was wasn't sure what she meant by funny beans, he guessed that she was just acting crazy again, but he still was curious to know what she meant by them, "Beans? what are you talking about? i think she needs something more than beans to get better."

Orin did not know about the senzu beans and if Alice did have bag of them, he could guess that they had healing power which could heal any who ate them. to Orin, she seemed to be making ridiculous attempt at giving an injure girl beans which she thought were magic.

Maiko was shocked at Kai's story, he had always thought that Konoha was very kind to their shinobi and citizens, but this clearly showed otherwise, maybe the republic was right in how the leaf village had fallen from its former glory.

"I am sorry for your loss. I became a Jinchuuruki when i was an infant, my village at the time were skeptical of the republic and believed that it would treat us like a commodity to exploit for their own gain like the way the great nations did in the past. so as a sign of good will they gave Amegakure Isobu to make a Jinchuuruki of their own and i was chosen to become the Three Tails' host and represent the power of my village, they said it was a great honor but the life of a Jinchuuruki is a lonely one" he answered. he was glad to be having conversation with someone for a change, back in his own village people rarely ever spoke to him and he felt that Kai was someone he could trust.

"I am well aware of the dangers that this mission brings and the reasons behind it. but I have a one question, which village are you from, my guess is since you have the Eight Tails as your Bijuu, you are from Kumogakure right?" Maiko asked curious to know the answer. he had other questions to ask but first he wanted to get to know his future comrade in their mission to spy on Konoha. he wanted to see if he could trust the Jinchuuruki, because he wouldn't put it past the leaf village to send a spy of their to the republic. he also liked the idea of getting know about a fellow Jinchuuruki.
