Name: Charlie Ericson

Age: 15

Years at camp: 1

Godly parent: Atlas

Cabin: he stays in a cabin with no name

Powers(Limited to 2):
superhuman strength

Titanic Energy : this power allows him to knock away enemies with a powerful wave of invisible force using energy from the titans [think of Force Push from star wars and you'll know what it looks like]

Skils: military tactics, fighting, swordsmanship, armed and unarmed combat specialist and weapons expert

Weapons: he uses a sword that was crafted by his father that is named Crusher. the blade has magical inscriptions that make it so that only Charlie can wield the blade and that if he loses the blade, it will return to him.

Personality: because he is the son of the titan general, Charlie is cunning and a tactical genius when it comes to combat. what makes him standout from the Ares and Athena children is that he is great at improvising and recalculating his plans and method of attack in the heat of battle. like with most titan children, Charlie is prejudiced against the Olympians and their children, and thanks to the incident with Atlas and Artemis, he also really hates Artemis and her huntresses. Charlie also has a darker side that can reveal itself when he is angry or in battle. he has a temper that can get the best of him, and being the son of a warrior elder god, Charlie is very tenacious and will never give up and will try to muscle his way through all of his obstacles if all else fails. despite his negative personality traits, Charlie is very loyal and has a good sense of honor and will not beat down the weak unless provoked into doing so.

Likes: the titans, war games, fighting, weapons, beating demigods at contests, meat.

Dislikes: the Olympians, demigods, the Ares and Athena kids, the huntresses, vegetables

History: Charlie's mother was an American with blood-ties to Norwegian Vikings, who had fallen in love with an immortal. But unlike many other women who had relationships with immortals, her lover was a titan, Atlas to be exact. Despite the tales from Olympus, Atlas a kind and loving lover deep down. He told her that she was pregnant with his kid and that he couldn't stay to see him grow up even though he really wished he could.

titans at the time were trying to keep a low profile to avoid being caught by the Olympias. And so Charlie was born and spent most of his childhood fatherless. He asked his mother why, and she told him about the titans and how they were hunted by the Olympian gods because of the war that they had fought eons ago. This made him hate the gods for making it impossible for his father to see him grow up, but his mother did say that immortals liked to have children with many different mortals and that eventually his father may have moved on. Regardless, Charlie still hated what the Olympians did to the titans.

Eventually his powers began to manifest themselves and he began to attract monsters, which made it dangerous for him to keep going on without any training. He soon met other Demi-titans when he had gotten back home from school one day and they told him that he needed to go with them to train if he wanted to stay alive.

can someone explain why Patriot is getting all the flack when Cyber Knight almost torched Icicle and Plastic Man? also Batman would not make a make a criticism without knowing all the facts since he is the greatest detective in the world. sorry if i sound angry but I am wondering what the reason is.

I would argue that there is so much more to making a comic book great then that, but that's a digression from the point I'm trying to make.Yes, we should of course fight challenging enemies, but it should not be a contest between us for who can show off their powers. We shouldn't fight enemies based on which ones can take the hardest beating just so that we can all flex our characters powers and see who is the coolest in a fight.

the point of taking a beating is way of having the character know that they may face imminent death which usually creates some really great character development. I am not planning to use the beating as a way of showing off, I was planning to use it as a way to really show how a super strong character can become vulnerable and possibly die. in my opinion, it is almost essential for a superhero to have a worthy villain who can really challenge them. a comic book that doesn't have a challenging villain is like a table with three legs, it isn't complete.

I don't think this should be a contest. Should be more driven towards character development and story line than who can beat the villain the quickest/best. I think we'll all just have to accept that there will be fight sequences where we aren't all able to get a hit off on the enemy.

so are you saying that we shouldn't fight challenging opponents? this is superheroes we're talking about, having very challenging villains is what makes a comic book great.

You will have to explain what that is.

it is a half-blood whose immortal parent is a titan instead of an Olympian

Well, that wouldn't be a great way for the team to garner the trust of the people, Mr Collateral Damage. :P

Doomsday and Atomic Skull always cause huge amounts of destruction when they fight the heroes. And I say that having our characters fight against almost impossible odds makes it more fun and a challenge. If it's easy then it gets boring and turns into who can show off the most and take down the villain the quickest.

Phew. Time to catch up again. For the most part, I enjoy all your posts well enough though, so no complaint really. Also, Yog, you really really wanna' punch Atomic Skull, don't you?

not exactly, i want a villain who can smash us all into the ground and possibly kill us. it teaches the arrogant heroes a leason in not underestimating their opponents. Also I really want to post having ether Atomic Skull or Doomsday punch Patriot into dozens of buildings and cause huge amounts of destruction.
Patriot didn't understand the reason for the weird question, did he know a lot about American history? of course he knew a lot about his country's life story. "Yes I know a lot about American history."

Project Cadmus made sure that their experimental hero was smart and knew as much history of his country as possible if he wanted to relate to the American people. He wondered what the reasoning behind Hakon's question was. Regardless, Thomas hoped that the ice-based young hero would give him a quick answer so he could go help some of the clear some of rubble and debris caused by Icicle. He had an image to keep and causing great amounts of destruction without helping to clean it up, would not give a patriotic hero like himself a good reputation for being for the American people. He was a symbol, and symbols if not handled carefully can be twisted and turned into something they were never meant to be.
when are we starting?
