The Visionary was, however, not at his control center, where the signal was originating. Neither were his eyebots, as the few dozen left as well as nine Executioners were either patrolling the skies looking for supers or among the groups that were watching Bullet and ORiona or hunting the Dust. He was unaware of Teo's coming- his reasons for leaving were to oversee the heist in the museum and the transmitter was unable to fully connect after the explosion, although it had just enough signal left in it to be tracked- but The Visionary was, if anything, a master of foresight. He always brought an overriding remote switch with him that responded to only his fingerprints (it took roughly $768,000 or the equivalent of about one major gold bullion heist to purchase that and the first wave of eye-bots), kept the doors triply secured, and left a number of sensor-activated explosives hidden to repel intruders. This being the man who paid a bonus $500,000 to get robots capable of killing a Meta-Human that hadn't been seen for a very long time, this is not too much of a surprise. He had his cloak on, and his bionic eyes in his sockets. He was on his way to the museum when Teo began heading towards his base.
The Visionary watches through the bionic eye disdainfully. While, in the end, he DOES want these supers to know who he is, it is far too soon now.

Command Sent: Self Destruct
There is a loud popping, a very brief flash, and then static.

Thinking about it, The Visionary picks up a phone and calls one of the members of his "Watchkeep".
"This is The Visionary. There is an assignment I need you to do. There's a museum four blocks north of your location. You know what to do. Take any precious gems, any vases, any Rembrandts. We'll ship them to either Black Mask or Great White Shark. I'll control their security feeds. And stay sharp- Phase 2 might come sooner than expected."

End call. Yes, this is making to be a very busy night indeed. And he has many more calls yet to make.
Three of the eyes found the dust girl. One of them the Executioner type. Fantastic, muses The Visionary. One of the Executioner lasers fired at her. Those lasers were meant to bore through a moving, killing chunk of titanium (a precaution- Metamorpho takes many forms and many, many lives, and nobody knows if he's inactive or not), and the fact that she's still running-even with a graze from that laser- astounds him. These Metas. But he sees that it's starting to make her fall apart into dust. Now the Executioner can use the vacuum and at least imprison this heroine. Why kill when you can be generous and let them stay on the mortal coil a while longer? Besides, he had a monologue prepped and he has nobody to listen to it.

All said and done, this first night of purging is going quite well, thinks The Visionary. A bit expensive, but doing quite well.
O'Cule was having a telephone call.
"Yes, Bishop. Waterproof titanium shell this time. Do you have anything that could cut through bone? Acid? Hmm. How would it be contained inside the... all right. How much? ...that's fairly steep, are you sure you can... Okay. Okay. I understand. I'll have some of my Watchkeepers drop the money off."
Two images flickered in the conglomerate of video feeds that was his vision. One was a girl laughing holding a baseball bat with a bomb at her feet while thugs screamed and ran away from her. Another was a man nearing middle age packing and loading some high-power weaponry. They both caught his attention and he stumbled over the next part of his conversation.
"Actually... I'm going to have to call you back. Again the money will be dropped off, Bishop. Of course. Though... I might need to make yet another order very soon."
Call ended. Protocol initiated, orders sent to the eyes: watch and transmit, and flee at top speed if necessary. Both of them were interesting him immensely. Much more than those Metas- and still no sign of that dust girl- and the vigilante with the baseball bat, for some reason, seemed to be familiar. How could that be?
Oh well. He had other things on his mind. How this next order is going to suck him dry until he finds the time to stage a series of heists again. And while they weren't difficult whatsoever, in this time when his plans are to be executed and his new name- The Visionary- to become infamous throughout Gotham, he could not afford to do that.
The Executioner eyes were the same fairly large orbs as the general model, but fitted with a metal exoskeleton. They were designed to hold their own against most elemental Meta-Humans. These particular ones being sent in the direction of the dust girl have very powerful pressurized vacuums and air cannons to counteract any dust and sand powers. Now they were ready to...

But the girl was gone. She had flitted elsewhere. O'Cule cursed inwardly. She escaped. But the other two will not-

But there they were, a mere shadow in the night sky.

"Dammit." Oh well. He was about to have a very long business conversation with the tech wizards that supplied him. Modifications would be made and their powers will be counteracted. Next time they won't be so lucky. But the First Divine Purging must still commence. Flipping through digital files on Gotham parolees, he found a list of ex-cons. The correctional facilities may say they're rehabilitated, but he knows better. He sends out an overriding command- all non-Executioner eye bots hunt down and destroy all parolees and kill any and all vagrants they come across. Executioner bots continue searching for the dust girl.

As for the other two, they can live for now. They know there's someone out there now. That would, for normal people, drive them into hiding. But who ever said supers were normal? They'll try to find him and put a stop to him, as surely as the sun rises.
Eight new eye bots. Dang.
Well it's time to initialize more protocols. These Meta-Humans. Oy. Long gone are the days when creatures like Clayface and Waylon "Killer Croc" Jones were rarities.
The girl who can become dust shouldn't be too difficult. O'Cule gad exo-models built that were made to counter anything lobbed by something large and Metamorpho-shaped- they're equipped to stop dust problems. The impish teen and the larger Meta might be more of a problem, though. The kid acts like a cartoon character and the larger one still is evading the eyebots enough to withstand analysis.
Oh well. Initialize Executioner Protocol. Round up these three supers and take them down.

...so the other Meta has strength and bone-based powers. Crap. That'll be another thing to take up with his weapons manufacturer. Alongside the... ten eye bots destroyed.
Scratch that. Seven new eye models need replacing. Next time he's going to indulge and buy the waterproof kinds.
Most of the pursuing eyes simply hover around the hastily lobbed grenades. Three eyes were hit with the grenades and exploded flashily, shrapnel flying into a couple causing them to careen into the sides of the buildings and shut down. Five eyes gone, but many more are still in hot pursuit. Some of the eyes begin flanking around the running heroes and start firing lasers at them from all possible sides. O'Cule makes a mental note to call his weapons designer about fixing up done replacements. He hasn't been robbing jewelry stores as often as an entrepreneurial criminal such as he should, but he should have enough to get five new eye models.
As more eye-bots come toward the two supers where the first eye exploded, O'Cule realizes with some awe that the kid is still alive, blinking ash out of his eyes and with a soot-covered face reminiscent of a demented cartoon character. Oh well. Those are supers for ya. All eye-bots near them begin opening fire.
O'Cule was seeing two distinct feeds now. One as an impish little man poking one of his eyes and the other was a masked girl staring up at another eye. Neither are running from it, so it shows they're either used to things like this. Bingo. At least two superheroes. The person behind the one called "Teo" is blurry, mostly because he smudged the retina, but chances are he's another superhero as well.

O'Cule initiates three orders.
1.) Self-destruct the one at "Teo"'s position.
2.) The eye drone at the masked girl's position to start opening fire.
3.) Any other nearby eye-bots within close vicinity to either are to come and provide back-up. And prepare for further orders.
