Name: Lt. Raymond "Justice Ray" Crawford

Faction: Lost Worlds Alliance

Abilities:
Ace Pilot: A decorated ace who has been through many a battle, Ray is trained on a wide variety of R-series machines and possesses the skill and mental fortitude of an ace pilot.

Bydo Symbosis: An experimental treatment based on the same principals as the SLL's Bydo Bind System and the Force control rods, Ray's body has been intentionally integrated with a mass of Bydo DNA, kept in check by the suit fused to his person and sheer force of will. This gives him a number of capablities- most notably, it allows Ray to quickly regenerate damage to his person, interface directly with most forms of technology, detect the general location, size, and number of living lifeforms within 20 AU, and survive without basic necessities such as sleep, food, water, and air due to tapping into the Bydo's unique energy waveform.

Equipment:
TL-2B2 Hyllos

He also carries a small blaster, a combat knife, and an emergency kit on his person.

Short Bio:
A decorated Space Corps pilot and sole survivor of a suicide mission to break through a Bydo blockade, Ray was transported to another dimension along with the supply convoy he had been transporting, following a messy encounter with an experimental wormhole generator. Due to his Bydo infection allowing him to tolerate the environment of the alien world the convoy had landed on, he ended up as the sole survivor. Taking the Hyllos-2 and the transport's supply of Forces with him so as to avoid them falling into enemy hands, he scuttled what was left and set out for the nearest inhabited system in hopes that he would find some form of human civilization.

What he found instead was an outpost for the Lost Worlds Alliance. Confused, but already used to fighting a hopeless battle against a threat he could barely begin to understand, Ray went along with it and soon found himself conscripted into the LWA's military.

Alright, it's been edited. The Force isn't indestructible anymore.

Armoring a ship with Forces is fundamentally impossible. The structure of a Force amounts to an aborted Bydo fetus with a docking/control system fused to it. They can't really take any shape other than a big glowy sphere with bits on. Were you to allow Bydogen to grow past that point, it would stabilize and cease to serve as a catalytic converter. Furthermore, it would also try to kill you because Bydo anger is hardcoded into their genetic structure and must be kept in check by a surrounding control unit at all times (this is how the Bydo Bind System in Command operates).

On top of that, Delta's Cerberus unit DID attempt to integrate Bydo matter into the ship itself and had a Force linked directly to the ship. It stopped functioning shortly after completing its first mission and was never heard from again because the control systems failed and the ship ate its pilot. Then in Final you fight it as a boss.

You can check here if you want more info on how a Force functions.

A Bit Conductor is a device that can control a small drone, known as a Bit. Bits orbit the parent ship in a circular pattern.

A Force unit is roughly one-half the size of an R-craft and requires reactor output from an R-craft and a focusing crystal to be used effectively. Otherwise it's just a crappy guided rocket with some piddly blasters attached. Also, no, Force units cannot be destroyed by a "sufficiently powerful energy attack" becuase the Force itself acts as a catalytic converter for energy waveforms, dispersing anything that hits it. This is how Bydogen canonically works. The gameplay of R-Type places a huge emphasis on the fact that the section of your ship covered by the Force (they can dock to the front or back of the craft) is the only part that can effectively tank damage. This likely will not come into play as much considering that this is not a video game but the Wave Cannon and Force are pretty much the most iconic pieces of tech in the setting.

AU means Astronomical Unit. The ability comes from R-Type Command, where the Bydo are implied to have a sort of internal radar that allows them to detect life signs, which is how they find the homeworld of the "other civilization" they were originally constructed to fight against.
"Ooh!"
"Whazzat, Suzie-Lee?", the blonde asked, turning to face the direction her best friend was looking.
"We got us a tussle, Betty-Ann! He's gettin' ready to work that boy over real good, too."

Betty-Ann pushed up her sunglasses and pursed her lips thoughfully, watching as Rock Eagle and his partners enacted some bonafide American justice on some sap mechanic.

"Looks like he's jus' yellin', Suzie-Lee"
"Naw, he's gon' keep goin'. Lookit, he's all tense."

The pair watched intently as Rock Eagle continued to chew the mechanic out. Something about blackmail.

"I wanna fuck 'im, Betty-Ann."
"You wanna fuck everyone."

Betty-Ann popped open the plastic cooler she'd been using as a footrest.

"Wanna beer?"
"Sure."

Betty-Ann tugged two cans of cheap lager free from the ice, passing one off to her friend. She watched the trio lay into the mechanic a little more. Lordy, what a dumbfuck. Did he think people wanted him touching their babies? Most of these racers had mean streaks a mile long- or about three kilometers, if you used them dirty European measurements. Point was, if you couldn't take care of your own car to begin with, you'd be out of the race before it started. Nobody needed a mechanic here.

"Speakin' a which-"
"Speakin' a what?"
"I'm gettin' there, Suzie-Lee, dun rush me."
"Ya can't say 'speakin' a which' when ya ain't talkin' ta begin with, Betty-Ann. Don't work like that."
"Well now I's speakin', so you hush and lemme finish."
"Shoot."
"Why's they hire them mechanics anyway?"
"I reckon 's one a' them race fixin' schemes, like they's have an official come in and bang them fancy cars up so's they don't got no unfair advantage."
"Could be, Suzie-Lee. We's gon' have ta give our baby a ten point inspection when we get back ta that there garage."
"Dun' you worry 'bout that, Betty-Ann. I rigged me up a little surprise for anyone comes ta fiddle with it."
"I'm gonna hold ya that that."
"See that ya do."

wait wrong thread
So what's the style of magical girl here?
Could you give a show as an example of the general type and tier of abilities you're going for? Just as a ballpark estimate.
