I shrug. "Kinda... I dunno."
Madison smiles. "Yeah, on the outskirts of the city. See, my house sort of has some special properties, and teleporting around the globe is one of them. I was born while we were on the outskirts of Paris, so yes, I guess... My parents weren't the best people in the world, they used my brother and sister for their 'experiments', and if not for their intervention, probably me as well... Thanks to Ari we were able to get away from them for good, and we kept the house but... I can still see images of my siblings being carried off and can still hear the screams..." She's started shaking again, and most likely not from the cold.
