Just be warned that Cecilia will be the more mature of the three. By far by the looks of your posts (that sounds dickish, I dont mean it i swear!). But because of her social inexperience she can be a bit rowdy when the people around her excite her, so yeah... You have a point there...

Not amazingly well, but they're more than mere strangers. They've all read one another's dossiers and spoken with one another in the past. Perhaps some even attended the same academy.
It'd be a pretty outstandingly awful idea to create a team of elite Virus fighters out of a bunch of total strangers, no?

Hey, NEAR is the key word there, pal. Don't go dissin' mah artist's butt-kicking potential!

And I meant Cecilia is the more mature of those three characters, despite that she can still lose her self-control sometimes. Also Data Smokes don't really make you seem or act too mature, so there's another let-down on that front.
