I don't get why they get squished. Hopefully, it'll stop once out of CAS.

If it helps any, Haruka looks terrible, too. She's all squished so her face looks weird.

so I finished Daiken's combat theme, but since I do not understand the art of conversion to mp3, it sounds kinda crap at the moment. I'll try to master it more effectively at a point in time >_> I'll share it with you guys then.

So.. Me and Rex are working on our post, so to keep the OOC busy I thought we'd have ourself a little show and tell. I think most of us have played Naruto-rps before and if I'm not mistaken most of them usually allows people to create their own techniques. So I ask, have you created a technique that you are extra proud of? If yes, what is it?

I can start with one that I've created. There wasn't really much thought behind this one at the time. I was running a short adventure for a few guys in my gaming group and had to come up with some cool signature move for a villain. After I improvised this shit into existence I immediately started to work out the kinks. I present to you, the perfect twin technique.

Pretty please? I'd love to hear your musical thoughts on Ryuu's theme. I think a somewhat haunting/determined melody fits best, but give me your thoughts. :)

As for techniques...well...I've made a few for Ryuu that will be added to him if this RP ICly lasts a few decades.

Name: Toppatsu-tekina kaji (Flash Fire)
Classification: Elemental Ninjutsu
Rank: S

Effect: Ryuu is capable of instantaneously teleporting anywhere on the battlefield. His body will disappear in a dissolution of ash and sulphur and he will appear at his chosen location. The only indication of his direction is a line of fire that will blaze along the ground barely a second before he appears.

Drawback: Should the line of fire be disrupted in time, Ryuu will only reappear at his original location. Should this happen, Ryuu's chakra is also severely drained. Performing the technique requires insane chakra control and master of Dragon Fire.

Rex, I'd love to hear your idea of a theme for Haruka. Seeing (or in this case, hearing) how other people envision the personality of one's character is always fun.

I've had so many characters, with so many custom clans and custom KG and custom everything that I can't even begin to list all the custom techniques I've made. That and my memory is terrible when it comes to things like that and I've forgotten most of it.

Haruka doesn't have (and never have had, as far as I remember) any custom techniques. She's terrible at molding chakra and most of the time it "explodes" and hurts her when she tries to form techniques.
There was one roleplay she was in where she actually got her chakra somewhat under control, but even then she stuck to pretty basic techniques (Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu, Kirigakure no Jutsu, Kuchiyose no Jutsu, Mizuame Nabara). Simple stuff. She did have a customly evolved version of Mizuame Nabara, though... I just can't remember how it went.
(And I plan on her signing a summoning contract later on in this RP, too. Not sure if I'm gonna have her get her chakra under control in this one, though. It depends on how it goes.)

Time to start baking~ I'm making banana/chocolate cupcakes with buttercream icing for my birthday, so I'm praticing making some sugerfree ones for my diabetic grandma ^_^
(That, and baking is very therapeutic (cooking in general is, actually))

I can't hear the bass, anyways... at all... ever (faulty hearing; can't hear low frequencies), so I don't mind at all :p

I read the Naruto Manga at this point just to see how it ends. The whole story has gone down the rabbit hole and decided wonderland wasn't crazy enough. I love cooking :) Though typically I make more pastas/italian dishes.
