No worries man! As I read over my previous post I realized it could be taken as me asking you to leave the game as Russia and that was not the case. I was just wanting more clarification regarding how stats work. Because how the actual stats work are so mysterious and how they are used by the GM...it does leave one wondering.
Like I suppose in a way I kinda see it like an RPG. You cut down a tree with an axe and you get experience points in cutting down trees. There is a direct correlation there that is easy to see. In a game like this, the correlation is a lot more vague and when one person is able to know that correlation and others aren't it does favor the person who knows. So that was more my concern than anything else. No worries!

It means the world will recognise that it's part of the USA, but everyone really knows, and the USA really knows, that it has no authority whatsoever over Cuba. Though you can work towards fixing that issue...
