All right, so every minecraft roleplay server that I've liked so far, has died, vanished, or been ruined.
Now, I might be new here, but I've roleplayed in various other communities.
However, I can't make/run a server alone, especially one with mods, and I'm looking for people to help me. They can come from many categories. Even nation roleplays, since I'd like there to eventually be cities/states. But, the basic idea for the server/roleplay is this:
Basic Medieval Roleplay, I have custom items and whatnot. The interesting part is this: I added the Pixelmon mod. No, the roleplay won't center around "pokemon", but they will instead serve as wildlife, pets, and monsters. A player would decide what they start out with. For example, Zorua could be a pet fox, and sableye an imp. There's a lot of opportunities for creativity here, since there's so many.
Also, as to why I'm making this into a server instead of being roleplayed in forums? Although I do like text-only roleplays too, I find that a physical world, and game rules (damage and whatnot) balance the roleplay. Yes, some characters should be especially agile, but they shouldn't dodge 9/10ths of attacks. Despite placing rules, people often disobey, which makes game mechanics useful. Agile character? Give him speed and jump boosts. A number of plugins also help in making stronger weapons or ones with special effects.
So, let me explain what I'm looking for, and why I posted here instead of some minecraft forums.
This forum is the domain of a multitude of skilled roleplayers. Although you may not have the in-game skills of a competitive, or even casual player, you do have tremendous potential, and talent for roleplaying. Thus, I go here to search for people to help me build, moderate, create, and run the server.
The server is offline (meaning it can be accessed even without a premium account). Although I have premium minecraft, some people cannot afford it.
