She couldn't see anything, she heard screaming, but didn't know it was hers. She felt arms and people yelling her name to calm down. But everything was black, and distant. Next thing Suzume realized she was being pulled away from the meat classroom and saw the door going away.

Her eyes lit back to their normal state, with the hint of confusion. Yes, she didn't like the place, but she didn't get why she was being taken away. She didn't know what to say or how to begin... She just... Opened her mouth and closed it and titled her head. She felt sort of cold and numb, like a kicked dog but not sure why. She looked down at her nose jumped at its bleeding. She found tissues in her pocket and aided herself quickly. She raised a eyebrow and shivered.

"Haruka. Hey..stop looking at me like that. You look frantic." she looked wonderous and poked her cheek. " And you too, Mr. Protecto." she puffed her cheeks out at Sho. Toby, you look shaken.." she gently smiled. "Why are we going somewhere else? I remember the opening the door, and then running back out." she chirped.

She was Sho sneaking off to himself, and a curious (yet mischievous) smile played with her lips. Now, he know's better to go alone in a madhouse. She stayed fair distance, and what she considered 'playing it sly'. She made sure her nose was all healed up, and the followed. For her ways, she saw Sho open yet another door, and she waited until he was inside. She peaked her head around the door frame, and looked down to see the odd note. "A child was in here?" she mumbled in her sadness, she couldn't imagine was a kid felt like here... all alone. And the last part gave her chills, "Maybe there's erased word goblins in here." She made a funky face and hunch her back; she was a goblin after all.

He slowly backed out with the others still concerned about the tall figure standing on the platform before him, he spoke to Haruka without taking his eyes off it "what do you think it would do if we walked up to it?" his voice was barely above a whisper his instincts told him that it was better off that way. Suzume had seemed to have had such a shock that she forgot everything that had just happened.

"Guys wait stop the doors just open what if the thing moves out here!?" or what if something worse already escaped. "I mean I don't want to upset Suzume again but we need to figure out whats going on here . . . " he didn't want to admit it but, he was also rather curious about what else was inside that train station. After all they had found something truly new in this world. Yeah sure it stunk to high hell and looked like something out of a horror manga, but really it was brand new. The other thing that concerned him was that they had seen blood on the windows of this school. If anything turning his back on anything with blade appendages was right at the bottom of his to do list at the moment.

"Sho, Suzume, Harkua don't just leave me here. Please?" for the first time in his life he actually wanted to be around people go figure. Well better to die together then alone right?

"Hey, Suzume, wai-" but she'd already trailed behind Sho.

Haruka just stared at the door for a bit, unable to really comprehend the change that come over her friend. One minute she was screaming and shrieking and wailing her lungs out, but as soon as they left she turned back to normal.

To be honest, that was creepy in and off itself.

"Don't worry, Toby... I'm not going to leave you behind... but we should probably follow after them, to make sure they were okay. Come on," she said, grabbing Toby's arm and leading him out of the classroom.

She looked around the hall, trying to find Sho and Suzume... oh, they were right there, at the door of another classroom.

However, she also saw the door to the other other classroom. The room on the opposite side. It was slightly open...

"Hello, who's there?" she asked, moving over to 1-5.

Akira stared at Yori. Killjoy. There hadn't even been much joy in the first place. He killed the joy so hard that it retroactively erased itself from existence. Mitsuki and Akira hadn't exactly been barreling through the door, so shit seemed kind of like an overreaction to him. Mitsuki seemed to share his world-shattering ire, which she expressed by staying put. Lame.

Akira deliberately took one large step through the doorway, into the gallery. Just one step to show exactly where he stood on the issue. He made a not-very-dramatic gesture with his arms. "Hello. It is I, Akira Watanabe, and I am standing in the art gallery of dooooooom." He unenthusiastically waved his hands about. "Seems safe enough to me." Something creaked. A mysterious creak. Akira ignored it. Creaking was bad in general, especially in doom dimensions.

"Mitsuki has an idea. I guess. Let's find the nice artist lady and see what goes from there?"

Everything went to hell.

Masato ruined a desk. Akira had already entered the gallery. While Mitsuki and Kozue seemed content to play it safe with him, the damage was already done. They were not dead, however. That was a positive outcome.

Yori stared at Akira for a few long, uncomfortable moments. He wanted to jerk him back. He wanted to slap him. He wanted to just walk away.

"Fine. We're going in. Together."

But the damage was done.

Lots of things happened. Nothing that put up a good argument against her plan. Rika ran off down a hallway. The rollerblader fell on his ass. Akira entered the gallery as well, moving past her in the doorway. Mr. Class Rep gave up and told them that they were going in.

As if she had needed his permission.

"Whoo!" She rolled her eyes.

Mitsuki never did care about when to stop running her mouth.

"You know, it did say 'escort off the premises' and all," she remarked cheerfully as she wandered off after Rika. "So I'm sure our artist extraordinaire knows a way out."

"Hello, who's there?"

Shiori reared back a little, startled by Haruka's voice. He silently swore to himself as he stumbled backwards away from the door, nearly knocking over several chairs in the process. I should've closed the door earlier, he thought, annoyed. How many people were in the school, anyway? The boy felt a twinge of disappointment as he realized the large group from before was probably there, as well. So much for his plans of looking through the old school alone...

For a moment, he thought about just slamming the door shut and barricading himself inside. But he supposed there was no point in hiding - she did know he was there now, didn't she? Even if she didn't manage to get to him, he was bound to come across someone else sooner or later. Shiori reluctantly gave in, although he hesitated a little as he opened the door and peered outside.

As he glanced at Haruka, he realized he didn't recognize her from before. Did I even see her before? he thought to himself uncertainly. Shiori obviously wasn't happy with her being there, but tried to hide it. "What do you want?" he asked her bluntly, barely hiding a tone of distaste.

THE ART GALLERY: Hallway~

Rika stopped when she heard Tsuki call up to her, still not well knowing the name of the girl but at least she was showing some concern for her.
Looking back she waited for her to catch up, also seen Mitsuki and possibly more people also coming with her.
"h-hi... are you coming this way too?"

She asked, glad to see the students weren't as hard to approach as she had originally thought.
Looking at Tsuki Rika could only remember just how awkward she was at meeting new people... sure after adopting Mika's personality and cheerful nature that seemed to have eased itself, but whenever someone failed to pay any attention to her she still felt bad and hurt.

'at least this girl seems nice enough...'

he let himself get dragged away by Haruka but, he kept an eye out behind him which really made it look more awkward then he normal was.

"hello who's there"

He finally pulled his attention to the new room that he had been drug into only to find a rather rude sounding boy there with them. "Same as everyone else here I suppose. Whats going on here and how do we get out." He thought for a moment. "Whats the creepy meter say in this room?" he looked around for the weird stuff that was going on in this classroom as well, there was defiantly another door here but he couldn't see inside just yet.

"Haruka, are you sure we should let that thing next door out of our sights what if it comes out?" the thing seem mounted to that spot but, who could say honestly there wasn't enough information to say for sure, he just sighed instead knowing he couldn't just watch the door all night. "Anyways where did the other two go too?" He hadn't payed much attention to the writing here, he was sure it would be just as vague as the last couple they had seen.

Masato picked himself up off the floor and brushed himself down. "That's gonna cost me." He muttered. He was thinking about the warning they'd been given. The whole not touching anything deal. He was still alive though so that was a good sign. Maybe he had gotten away with it. The others were talking about going into the gallery. It didn't seem like the best idea to Masato, but if everyone else was going he didn't want to be left on his own. They had no idea about what could possibly be different in the new world so staying alone seemed like the worst idea.

He watched as the others stepped through and shrugged. "Better to go as a group I guess." He said to Yori before moving into the gallery.

Haruka was surprised when the boy asked her what she wanted. Did he... know where he was?

Maybe he hadn't entered the other door, or maybe the other door was... normal, for a lack of a better word.

She peeked past the boy into the room, managing the get a glimpse of the message on the floor.

Normal... somehow she doubted it.

"Have you seen what's going on here? Have you... opened the other door yet?"

At this point, probably a pointless question. If he did, then he probably wouldn't be acting like this.

Unless he would.

Shiori couldn't help but scowl now. Dear god were they annoying. Why couldn't they just leave him alone?

"...Other door?" he asked suspiciously. Why does she even want to know that? He was just a little curious, but struggled to not let it show. Of course, the boy didn't want to give the others a chance to take advantage of this. But he couldn't help himself as he started to blabber. "No. No, I haven't opened it yet." Backing into the classroom and leaving the current door ajar, he stopped right beside the other door. Shiori looked it up and down, but couldn't see anything particularly interesting about it.

"You mean this?" he finally blurted out, unable to hold his thoughts in anymore. "Huh. Well, it doesn't look too special to me," he mused in a slightly mocking tone of voice. He placed his hand on the doorknob, twisting it and about to push it open.

A cold, damp wind hits you in the face as the door opens.

Jesus, it smells like a sewer in here. It... also looks like a sewer in here. That's because it is a sewer. The room is surround by concrete walls, and sky above is a sickly gray. The water below is dark green and cloudy, and various... things... float around in the sludge.

It's eerily quiet. Other than the wind blowing around the complex, there are absolutely no other ambient noises. There are no birds chirping, no bugs buzzing, no rats scurrying. The water isn't flowing at all.

The entire place feels like every single life form in this world disappeared at the same time.

Sho’s eyes were directed to the writing scrawled across the far wall. He slipped further inside the room and approached the wall with a visceral cautiousness. When he read the words, he felt his blood run cold. There was a child in this godforsaken place, too? The idea of it was sickening. His gaze drifted to the blockier lettering in the middle. ‘Erase from the paper?’ He wondered what that meant. It didn’t sound like something a lost child would take the time to write.

“A child was in here?”

Sho started at the unexpected voice. He spun around to find Suzume standing behind him. He rolled his eyes, irritated at his jumpiness and her unwillingness to stay put. However, part of him was amazed at how quickly she recovered from her earlier panic attack.

“I thought I told you to wait in the other room,” Sho said with a scowl. He tried to sound mad at her, but at the same time he took her hand in his again and drew her closer. A smile played on his lip. “Since you don’t listen very well, I’ll just have to keep an eye on you, myself.” He led her over to the second door on the far wall. “Would you care to go exploring, my lady?” He sent a quick prayer up to any god that would listen that this room wouldn’t be as abnormal as the last one.

Here goes nothing, Sho gave the handle a turn and opened the door.

It's as if someone had covered the entirety of every surface with a sheet of paper. Contours of every object look like they we're drawn in with pencil. It was almost like you've entered into a kid's sketchbook.

It looks like you're in some sort of garden. There are flowerbeds all around you, all looking like sketches in a sketchbook. The garden is closed off by tall hedgerows, creating a giant circular terrace with four exits in the four cardinal directions.

It's hard to believe your ears, but there is absolutely no sound coming from this world. Even though you can see the flowers softly blowing in the wind, they aren't making any noise at all. If you take a step onto the ground, you will hear a very, very soft crunch, as if you're stepping on gravel. Everything feels rough and grainy to the touch.

You see... what looks like a young girl, standing next to the one of the flowerbeds. She seems to be drawn in pencil, like everything else in this world, but from so far away, and with her back turned towards you, it's hard to say for sure.

Shiori immediately took a step backwards as the cold air wafted into the room. The boy wrinkled his nose in disgust at the smell, coughing as he attempted to fan it away. Had something died in there? "Why the hell is there a sewer here?!" he questioned, undoubtedly confused. This was a school after all, wasn't it? He highly doubted a school would need its own sewage system, but then of course, what did he know about how schools worked...?

However, his curiosity growing stronger, he decided to step inside the door (or, rather, outside). The smell wasn't very pleasant, but Shiori held his breath and tried not to breath too much. As looked around, he noticed the sky was a rather unpleasant shade of grey. Well, I'm outside now, he reassured himself. He'd been getting sick of being inside, anyhow. Shiori had no idea what the things floating in the water were, but he just assumed they were pieces of garbage floating around.

What was with the silence, though? It was almost deafening, in a way. The boy picked up a rock from the ground, skipping it on the water. The ripple it made was rather reassuring to him - it was some sort of movement in the mostly still environment. Well, if there's anyone doing the exploring, it should be me, he thought smugly to himself, From what I've seen, the rest seem rather incompetent.

Suzume saw Sho roll his eyes, and a little bit of hurt flashed in her eyes because she first misunderstood him. But seeing it wasn't her that made him roll his eyes, she perked up. She let him take her hand, which at this point it was a comfort. "You can smile, you know." she laughed observing his face.

"Since you don't listen very well, I'll just have to keep a eye on you, myself."

This comment made a mischievous smirk come across her face. "But you can't be running off like that. Taking on 'save the world from darkness' all alone?" she laughed.

"Would you care to go exploring, my lady?"

"Of course!" she smiled, but then she pouted a little at him. "I'm not a princess.." she playfully raised her eyebrow at him. She walked along with him, looking around the walls. She heard their feet and remember it was only him and her. "Do you think Haruka and Toby are okay?" she whispered. Then she looked to Sho and said quietly, "Sho, what happened back there? Why did we all leave?" she almost whispered that too, as if she thought someone was going to hear her. The place felt odd, and she was sure there was a little strange thing in the darkness somewhere.

Kozue turned to Yori, pulling on his arm to draw him farther into the room. "We have to get through here if we want to go home. There's no other way out. I want to go home."

That was all he was really getting out of this at this point. He'd given up on trying to keep a handle on the others and was just trying to coast through the vague horror of their situation now.

"Come on, let's at least look around. I want to find a way home."

Get out, go home. That was all that mattered.

Rika smiled to herself turning around in a small spin, her skirt spinning in a small flutter as she took a good look at her surroundings, now that she had calmed down she noticed how interesting this place was, the paintings were all interesting in a strange sort of way, depictions of every day life such as a day in the beach, paintings of the sky, a grass field, even pictures of colorful bugs, and sometimes people, and while people were obviously not the main topic of the paintings many if not all of these strange elongated scenes decorating the hall, were actually depicting faces, emotions... it was, nice.

"You know.... this place isn't that scary after all."

Rika said with an earnest smile, wondering what Tsuki would think, thinking,

'if the paintings are a reflection of the soul of the painter... then the artist that drew all these most be a beautiful person.'
