Ok, it seems that some are having trouble with a reference galactic map. After reading DMs post that has sol being "north" on a map, I have found this. Hopefully DM will agree that it is the simplest method to at least determine the standard north south east and west.

It also shows the actual 'Arms' the galaxy so one can relate location in said galaxy. For example, DM's nation, the Technocracy is from the perseus arm, technically "north" of Sol.
and My nation, the Hau, is from the Scutum-crux (Scutum-Centaurus on this map) being a technical "south" of sol.



Once more, Hopefully this will serve as some sort of reference for everyone.

I don't know who is doing the final map anymore. It may be Terminal or it may be somebody else. I guess just pick a location and run with it as I doubt it'll really make too much of a difference in the IC with FTL and such.

So I think that is the location I want to be in. (The small crimson dot with RP written in it.) In all honesty I am a solar power and probably smaller borders than that even. But it puts pretty everyone else between me and the sphere and gives me room to grow while still retaining the tense atmosphere of the powder keg.

I also just realized that monkey pants. This puts us relatively close together. As it does with the Imperium. PM me or lets go to Chatzy if we wanted to hash out plausible history between the nations. It can be as minimal or as complicated as we want I suppose.

Added a ton of stuff in tech to my sheet and finished Religion.

Brood Queen physiology was intentionally removed, doubtful they will really appear often.

Still need to add descriptions for all my things

Ok so I think I've read up on everything and am back on track.
Currently working on the IC post. It won't be too long but I do want to spend time making it good.

Also working a bit on a basic map as reference.

IC post is about one third of the way there.
I'm moving house tomorrow so once that excitement and hassle is done, I'll set up in my apartment, boil the kettle and finish the post

Note to everyone: My NS is pretty much done except for the few last tech descriptions on the techs that everyone already knows about, fluff info and some pictures for my land army. Statistically it is ready to play. Darkmatter mostly approves though will have a more in-depth analysis later.
