So, there are very few rules.
One, no power playing/ God modding. Shouldn't have to say that, but there it is. Also, no matter how skilled you are, there is going to be hits. Maybe not on a coup de grae unless you're pinned and they're not being pompous about it, but, yeah.
Two, no being over powered. I will be the judge on this.
Three, don't be a dick. If something needs to be dealt with, I will handle it, don't take it out on someone.
Four, Have fun. If you aren't gonna have fun, don't join.

Besides that welcome. Information I need is the following:

Name or Alias.
Height and Weight
Age
Power (optional)
Weapon(s) (Up to 4 allowed. Dual weilding counts as two, still.)
When it comes to guns only 5 mags allowed, and the mag size must make sense. If you run out, you run out. Maybe have a melee as a back up.

Power: Slow regenaration, as well as teleportation at will.
Height: 5'9 Weight: 165 lbs
Weapons: Gun blade (barrel located at the hilt, along the blade, Blade can fold to become shorter, or longer, two folds max.) Bow. Quiver with a small compartment for spare blades
Personality : a rouge of sorts, is a sword for hire at times, but has his morals. Loves to have legit fights, doesn't want to fight, but will to survive.

Could you be a bit more descriptive? The power and weapon are very vague.

name: Leo

height and weight: 6'2 and 185 lbs

age: 18

power: increased attributes(speed, strength, perception) all of them are increased by about x3 that of a normal human

weapons: Butterfly knife, a pair of silver knuckles with crosses on them, a longswordsword that he wears across his back, a kite shield that is also worn across his back.

appearance: Black leather jacket and fingerless riding gloves. Ripped jeans and dock martin boots. His hair is jet black and styled into a faux hawk. He has piercing green eyes and slightly elongated canine teeth. On the back of the jacket a silver lion is embossed. He has chains wrapping down each arm.

personality: He is the "cool" guy. He is extremely smart, but also lazy. He likes fast bikes and fast women. He hates people who think theyre better than others and loves to fight them. Hell he loves to fight anybody as long as they put up a good one.

Name: Drake

Height: 5' 4"

Weight: 135 lbs

Age: 16

Power: Sniper Vision (Can zoom his vision to 16x that of a regular human.) Fast calculation of bullet drop.

Weapons: L115A3 AWM Sniper Rifle (No scope, silencer) (5 round mag) MAC 10 Machine Pistol (30 round mag) A balistic knife (6 inch blade) A broad sword worn across his back in a large scabbard.

Appearance: Kind of short for his age, jet black hair, nothing fancy to look at.

Personality: Hot headed and cocky, though he can be calm. He's been an assassin for the past two years, so he's kind of morbid, too.

Power: Lee has amazing dexterity and agility. Much more advanced than a normal humans

Weapons: a blue bladed shiv
A bag of special explosives

Smokey Bear : when is explodes, a white fog eminents from the sight of the explosion.

Skittles bomb: a small bomb in the form of a toothpaste bottle that when detonated, it explodes in a small and controlled area.

Scatter Bomb: a large bomb filled with all 5 of his Skittles bombs. That detonated it scatters all 5 I'd the Skittles into the air.

Appearance: A short black curly haired, chocolate skinned African American, with basket ball shorts and a shelves black shirt
Personality: Lee is a comedian, he like to act like a fool around others just to make a person laugh, he may seem like an idiot to others but he is actually very clever, and smart. He is also a player, a swindler, he can easily talk his way our of almost any situation.

I'm not sure how I feel about the whimsical amount of explosives, but, I guess, it could fit into the 4 weapons rule. I think so, if you have 3 different kinds of explosives and only 5 of each.

well from what I'm looking at if my character gets up close and personal on anyone they are boned. Simply because he has the size advantage and is all melee based.

Don't underestimate the little guy. If you guys know any more people, though, I would've liked to have a larger tournament, because I'm thinking this'll be more of a battle royale, now.

Only reason I say this is because there are four fighters, making for a short tournament.
