I have to agree, the lack of Elves and 'dorfs' is kind of refreshing. If these were done without using their general tropes, maybe. If you do let them become part of this world, I wouldn't mind seeing orks or the like, cause they always seem to make things more interesting. Whatever floats your boat about that matter.

If you guys would rather stick to the story line we've already got going, I'm perfectly fine with that :) It was just an offhand suggestion to incorporate more races. If you'd all like to pick up where we left off, I can probably write up a post either tomorrow or Saturday.

Advantages to starting over: More players and the chance to rework or add elements to the story you'd like to see different. More probable players. A fresh start.

Advantages to continuing: You already have, at least it seems this way, dedicated players who want to see the end of this journey. What's currently established isn't broken, so no need to fix it. We're already along in the story; we wouldn't need to back-track through the intro if we simply continue.

Personal Opinion: I'll flow with whatever you decide. A part of me simply wants to continue but another part of me wants some slight changes that I can't put my finger on. One way or another, I'm with this RP till it actually dies or it is complete.

I am all four on continuing. I like how the story went so far, and I really don't want to let it go. Once again, I suggest editing the name of the thread, so that people know that this is still recruiting.
And like I said, while I favour continuing, I am not against restarting it as well.

Considering the dragons have been in hiding for so long, I'd say any dragon that can speak the language of humans would be extremely rare. It would have to be one that's been alive since before they fled to their peninsula. If your character is that old, it's possible, but that's really the only condition
