I do not have any expierence in making a RP, though I currently have not seen a GGO rp nor an ALO rp (ALO is mixed with SAO, currently. ) And if there IS going to be a rp with those 3 topics, mind having a stats system?

hmm... I know I've seen a couple of SAO RPs around, but nothing in GGO or ALO yet. I would be interested. The VRMMO type RP I have initially signed up for is quickly loosing my commitment so I would have no issue with bringing that character over. Of course you are going to have to work out what the RP is going to be story wise.

As for stats, personally I am against them. I have never seen an RP work with them. I prefer it to be a character driven story instead of being driven by stats and all that other nonsense that takes away from the story.

Stats DO take a long processings time but it adds a more detail to the RP.

but if you have to work that hard for just detail then you've lost the point in writing. This is story telling. Its about the emotion, of interacting as one with all the senses to weave a grand story in it. It isn't table top gaming. You shouldn't need numbers in story writing.

That doesnt mean there shouldnt be stats in this kind of world, but they arent needed to determine the story. I mean look at SAO. You see character stats mentioned, and they play a part in the interactions between individuals in the series. But when it comes to the story they have no place in where things are progressing. You don't see dps or saving throws or whatever jargon is used for that sort of thing.
