Faeya grew angry at how blunt and cheery the guy was at the fact that he was destroying property. "This is a library! This is not a place to blow things up! Why would you do that?! You could've hurt someone!" Faeya stepped closer to the group with every word and glared at the one boy in particular. "You are not only impatient but psychotic!" Her tiny body began to shake with rage and a bookshelf next to the boy caught on fire. Immediately, Faeya's eyes widened and she cursed herself for getting out of control.

Will looked at the fire, then gave a smirk looking back at Faeya "Well now your a accomplice, you've set a bookcase on fire. Anyway were breaking in to find books on the history of Reality Benders in the restricted section. Alex take our new friend and start searching for any relevant books, Allie and I will do the same." He headed back to begin looking through the books trying to find something to use as a reference.

"Well, aren't you a fiesty little thing."
Alex morphed into his shadow, and whispered "Boo." to the girl.

Moving around the room, projecting his voice in the opposite corner he was in (while continuously moving) he kept saying "Boo" over and over again.
He finally walked out of the darkness, and smiled widely.

Allie held the book tighter to her chest as she sadly watched the books burn. "We just want some answers, that's all. If you want to find out why you are what you are, feel free to come along." She then followed Will into the restricted section, leaving the girl to her decision.

Faeya bit her bottom lip as the three spoke, but jumped when the boy whispered boo in her ear. She glanced at shadow boy and then at the girl's retreating figure. She said "fine, I'll bite." She followed after the girl and looked over at shadow boy, saying with a small glare "I'm not a 'little thing'. I'm Faeya." She smirked slightly, but turned before she could drop her bravado completely.

Will hummed as he thumbed through novels and textbooks, he stayed close to Allie as he looked around trying to find something relating to Reality Benders. "My names Will, guy in the shadows is Alex, and the girl here is Allie." Will said as he stopped looking over at Allie who seemed upset by the burning books he placed a hand on her shoulder still looking through the texts.

Allie stopped looking when she felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned her head towards the hand and smiled, realizing it was Will's. She put the book in her bag and squeezed his hand, going back to looking. "I'll be fine. There are lots of books. I'll be sad when this is all over with."

Faeya sighed and said "I'm Faeya... and I'm really sorry about the bookshelf... I really can't control it sometimes. Especially when people" she glanced at Alex before looking back at Will and Allie "bring out my anger." She looked at the books on the shelf and wondered if they had something for her. Something that could potentially help.

Alex laughed. "Control your emotions. Don't let your emotions control you."

Something was definitely off. He was sure of it now. The whole school seemed to have changed.. just since he had been there from first period. It was subtle. Hallways being either longer, or shorter, doors being different colors. Small stuff. But definitely noticeable.

"Hey, found something." Will said as he reach into the book case pulling out a old leather bound book. He stopped then looked down the row along the shelf. "Hey guys... These are all journals, they all have names on them" Going down the side he stopped at one with Remington on a white laminated label on the side "This one has my last name on it, these journals might have something to do with our abilities, check them all the labels look new and have last names on them." Will grabbed the one with Remington written on the side, flipping through he noticed two things, one this book was from the 1800's and second it was in French which meant he would need to translate it. Groaning he pocketed the thing and looked at Allie a little crest fallen. "Mine's in French but the date's in it say it's from around the time of the French Revolution."

Faeya rolled her eyes and said "I try, but I have a bit of a short-temper if you hadn't noticed. You're lucky, though. Usually I set the person on fire." She smiled innocently at Alex before looking back at the books. Something was wrong about this school. There weren't any 'human' students and everything seemed to be more whimsical than reality.

Allie thumbed through the journals. She picked out the one that said Doyle on it. She frowned as she quickly flipped through the pages. "Mine's in Irish, but seems to be from around the same time period." She looked at Will, feeling the same exact way. "What's going on?"

"I think these relate back to however our family's got powers Alex, Faeya check to see if any of them match up with you." He said as noticed the walls shifting a little, maybe the school wasn't as safe as he thought. He took Allie's hand nervously as he looked around. Allie saw it then. She had read about crazy things happening like this in many books, and was imagining horrible scenarios unfolding. Her hand shook a bit as she squeezed Will's tightly, moving so close to him for comfort that she would step on his feet if she kept moving. "Let's get out of here. Faeya, Alex, grab your journals. Fast."

Will brought Allie in to a hug and began to sing in Latin, the only language he had ever studied, the air felt calmer as Will's peaceful almost serene voice melted the tension of whatever was going on sadly the effect didn't benefit Will who was still rather nervous, whatever was going they would need clear heads to deal with and as long as he sang it would keep them ready and calm. He hoped Alex and Faeya would hurry up so they could leave the school, this was going down hill fast.

Allie's eyes widened when Will brought her into a hug. She had never been hugged. Ever. Her parents loved her, but were afraid of her at the same time. And then he started singing. God, if his voice wasn't the voice of angel, she'd be surprised. Her muscles, as tense as a stretched rubber band, relaxed so much that she was afraid she'd melt into a puddle. But then she saw the walls move again. Her hands clenched the back of his shirt. She tried to think of anything, any way at all that she could be useful if something attacked them.

Theodora watched as the door came unlocked and the shadow man disappeared into the room. "I like to consider myself lucky..." She said under her breath as she entered the room. She left the door open just as a precaution. "So, loner boy. What's your name? Just so you don't feel at a disadvantage mine in Theodora, but I like Theo. And my secret? Well, it's going to take more that some fancy shadow work to get that information." She looked around the room and talked to no one in particular. She noted the dusty shelves and the cobwebs. "Looks like it's been years since someone has been up here. How did you know this place exists? This being the first day of school and all." She circled the room, her eyebrow arched in mock puzzlement. "There are a lot of creepy things about this place, this just takes the cake" She muttered.

Faeya's eyes widened and she grabbed two journals about her abilities before reaching for Alex and saying "we've gotta go. Come on, Shadow Boy." She looked up at Alex before quickly walking toward the exit. She hoped Alex would just leave with them before things got serious.

"This clock tower is old" Echoed Azazel's voice from the shadows. "Old things are easy to find." A dim light briefly cast a low hue onto the room as a curtain gently waved in the breeze of a window overlooking the campus. "It helps that this place is dark. Makes it easier to see what secrets it holds." Wood scraped across the floor as a chair was dragged out from a table, where he suddenly appeared, sitting down with a book in hand. "Lord Azazel at your acquaintance madam Theodora. Tis a pleasure to meet you."

"You really like secrets huh?" She crossed over to Azazel. "I'm just going to call you Az. So you like the dark and you play with shadows. That's cool, but I can do this..." She took a breath in and pull a chair over to her and sat with the back in front, so that her legs where wrapped around the side. The she looked at a tiny crack in the wall where there was a tiny thread of light peeping in. She concentrated and made the light brighter, then she separated it it from the shadows and made it do a little dace. Too soon she felt over heated and had to stop. Theodora closed her eyes and breathed slowly, in with her nose out through her mouth. "You will have to forgive me" She said through breaths, "I'm still learning and using too much power at one time and take a toll on my body."
