I will be adding a link to each accepted character sheet in an edit later today, as well as an intro post. Even though this has begun, I am still welcoming new players to join, and if you are interested, the Character Sheet template is as follows:

The rules are pretty simple as well. This is a low-casual low fantasy RP, so you are expected to use proper spelling and grammar, but post length does not need to be anything extreme. I'm expecting at least three sentences a post, so this rules paragraph would be perfectly acceptable for an IC post, if a little boring.

Anyway, hope you guys all have fun, and feel free to socialize, ask questions, lounge, whatever. This OOC should be just as much for hanging out as it is for technical RP crap, so just let loose. Only ground rule is don't enter the OOC naked.

Also, please, for convenience, when you post, guys, make a note of where you are geographically. I want there to be potential for meetings and passings in the RP, without a clot of characters just yet. For now I have Roland in Ulster, I figure mortalbean will be controlling house Burgh, even if his character is not present there.

I'll be basically playing Alfric for the time being, but only John will join Roland when he leaves Ulster.

How do we work time in this. I was going to start heading to House Burgh but I'm sure it will take more time than a single day to get there from Dublin.

I wouldn't worry about time. The initial date was for setting a stage. And we should try to not all meet up in one spot. This isn't a tabletop. Splitting the group is a good thing.

Sure, Finnagin wants to go around and get to know all three nations better and as far as I am aware the house is a major part of Ireland. Therefore he wants to journey up that way while learning what he can.

I was thinking of having the current attackers be locals but that Alfric thought there was someone behind the scenes pulling the strings. So I guess he sent John to Scotland to see if he could find any leads.
