Harurun, he meant he wants to fight Kojiro Tsubasa, an NPC with Super Strength. ;P But no matter, yes you can, he is now your opponent.

I want the illusionist for some reason, I find her to be challenging for me. How could gravity possibly defeat the "Queen of Hell"! DUN DUN DUNNNNNN! EDIT: Wondering if it was alright, If I attempted to change my powers? I have a better idea.

As said before, you should aim to kill, and the tournament won't advance unless you kill your opponent. Don't worry, things will come together after a bit. ;P

Can I make up an NPC who isn't exactly named and has little to no biographical information other than their appearance and powers? I have a good idea for a mass murderer type of person.
