Nightshade has quite a history of jumping from place to place. Never really settling down in one spot for too long. It didn't do well for her to stay put, what with enemies and collectors and in general people of bad nature trailing after her. That and she just liked moving around. Currently her 'home' is a basement apartment of a small complex. We won't go into how said apartment was... acquired, or how it's rent is being paid, since Night never seems to hold a steady job. But it's best for all parties around her to just be blissfully unaware of that particular answer... The area the building was set in was fairly quiet. A rather dead town with a number of sketchy types. There were a couple of bars, some places to eat, a supermarket, the usual things to supply a small town. But nothing extraordinary. The apartment in question wasn't too bad for a basement unit. Two entrances were useful for a woman such as herself. The front building door requiring a key to get into the stairwell that led up and down. The stairs that wrapped around downward led to her lone apartment door. A second entrance from the back of the building was the one she tended to use more. Also needing a key, this doorway led down several sets of stairs into the rest of the bleak moldy actual basement of the building, a walkway leading towards a second door that opened into her apartment's kitchen. The apartment was an open plan one, and very simple. Two bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. There wasn't much Night needed in the way of 'things' but she had food in the fridge and cabinets, an assortment of liquors and more fresh looking liquids and meats. A couch, side table and tv sat in the living area, hardly used. The second bedroom contained a twin sized bed and a shabby long dresser with a mirror, that was all. The decor of the place... didn't seem to match Nightshade's personality, so that was curious, but the place was clean and liveable enough.
