Umm... the Emperor's bloodline is holding back the demons and shit. If his bloodline dies out then "oblivion portals" will open... worldwide.

So long as it only pertained to the Septim bloodline. I believe that in Oblivion the last of them ended up dying when Martin went full Akatosh.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Septims were Dragonborns, gifted the Amulet of Kings to hold back the Oblivion hordes, IIRC, and their line ended with Martin.

Alessia and Reman both held the amulet, too, so I would assume that it wasn't limited to the Septim bloodline.

Whether the gates can even be opened is unclear, though. Martin declares them to be shut in the cutscene after his fight with Dragon. Then the Shivering Isles came out - very clearly in one of the plains of Oblivion.

So I have no idea if any if the Daedra are going to invade. It would certainly make things even more interesting - though for better or worse I could not say.

Is there anyone that is currently in control of the Kingdom of Daggerfall? I assume that I am not allowed to actually control the entirety of High Rock since it is actually five various Kingdoms. I'm down for playing Daggerfall though if it is currently open I will fill out an application immediately.

Daggerfall is open, but partly NPCed; it's currently part of an Anti-Thalmor, Anti-Dragon Coalition that the Direnni are putting together, and is offering covert aid to Hammerfell.

Is it currently lending soldiers anywhere or is it only sending financial aid?

Think I need to edit my character because everyone starts with basic knowledge on magic in all of the games. Even if the spells aren't really helpful. If anyone cares to read my posts I am doing some trading in Whiterun.

Ohh? I thought it may add to my character. Although... I don't know what will happen. Need to role the dice to see. Behave? Me... Yeah probably... maybe... if luck has it.
