You know I just realized something. Saber and Berserker get power boosts from the Cultural Sphere thing just by being in Japan due to recognition of their legends their and by being closer to the place their legend took place. o,o

It's actually not a power boost, but rather summoning the hero closer to its original power in life. For example Achilles would only have his chariot as a Rider but since in Apocrypha he was summoned in Europe where he has decent fame even outside of Greece, he gets his spear and comet noble phantasms.
A person who gets an actual boost from being in a culture sphere would be vlad because of his Demonic Defender of the State skill.

A Greece summoned Heracles would be a ridiculous monster with loads of super powerful noble phantasms on top of God hand, since he is being summoned closer to his original potential.

George Washington summoned in America would still have really bad stats and stuff since that's his original potential.

Hmm, should I be a "true" overseer and be neutral? Since that would leave me little to do other than sit in church and pray. Could I possibly have some sort of underhanded alliance with a master like how Risei and Kirei were in cahoots with Tokiomi?

Fair enough. Actually, those two had the best chance of winning all things considered, since Lancer could just give everyone unhealing wounds, Kayneth helps him retreat, then they wait until they're walking zombies, and off them. (So it was explained to me)

Sadly, Lancer is an honorable guy, and Kayneth is...himself.

That said, you should still get extra noble phantasms and skills, as well as a miniscule stat boost (they aren't used here though).

Kayneth entered the war to make himself look better and thought he would stomp everyone utterly. As a magus, he is far above the likes of Tokiomi and would easily destroy him in an actual fight. Unfortunately Kiritsugu cheats and has an overpowered mystic code.
If Kiritsugu wasn't there though Kayneth would have won most definitely. A sixth generation head is quite significant, and on top of that Kayneth is a genius prodigy.

My mage had no intention of summoning a servant originally so if sublimation wants to be a master I can become a normal mage.

It's fine, I would rather play her as a servantless mage than as a master. Someone is going to need repeatedly saving after all.

Sure. I mean, there isn't exactly a definitive list. As long as it's kinda general and could theoretically be applied to more than one person.
