I'm glad to see this OOC is so active! In my experience, RPs that try and restrict the chat to on-topic only material tend to die out very quickly. But gawddaumn, this is a lot of reading.

I believe the IC should try go for quality no quantity, so if its generally cut off and pair in a conversation it should be a joint post. Or through pms, just so people that have things to do in the day are not left behind within the rp. Just an idea, not a commandment by any means.

And wow, I know the OOC is pretty active but I didn't think I'd have quite so much to catch up on. I hope the IC isn't quite so fast paced. We don't want to risk leaving anyone behind.

I agree with this and will gladly go to PMs / skype / shared document to do a collab post before posting. ^.^

There's always a risk with anything you do. I'm not saying that WILL happen, I'm just saying there's potential in it. But like I said before, it depends heavily on your interactions and such. Of course, you ARE a giant snake lady so the idea

You're describing a tv show. And the DPD is smart enough to not recruit a fake psychic *though some members may believe in it and are willing to humor her, or are unaware of whether or not her species could actually be psychic* though being revealed as a fake would be fraud. Up to you!

Is Priest an acceptable profession. If not, I can come up with something else. Just wanted to check with you first. Just in case.

I toned down the sentience of the car to more haunted level as opposed to a "Christine" car that wants to murder you. I think I actually might like it more this way!

Hahah... well ... I did read on everything and in my defense of this whole 'everyone seems to be gay' thing - I'm actually homosexual in life. So I have an excuse to make my characters that way. :p

You don't nee-
No one needs and excuse to create a character in the fashion they wish.

It surprises me that everyone finds homosexual characters rare, I am almost always the only straight male character in all RPs I join/run. Which sucks for the character cause a lot of mine are hopeless romantics. Simon will be forever married to his cafe apparently.

And it's even funnier cause in all my comics, almost every main character is gay, so I play straight ones to keep things balanced.

Well, they aren't! I mean ... you can eat the kitty ... but not for food. >.>

So, this is always a concern, and in the past, I've made it a little easier to deal with by having a system where each post, at the beginning, mentions the name of the user you're interacting with. So for example, if I have Simon talk to...Mulivon and Dulla-chan, then my post will look something like

Simon said while being all Llama-y at Mulivon and Dulla-chan, despite the fact that he was emotionally crippled by a heavy lack of eligible straight females he could find love with.

This'll help make sure no one overlooks interactions accidentally or gets left behind. And as this is one that focuses on interactions and such, I approve, endorse, and heavily encourage the previous remark of work together to make collaborative posts and interesting occurrences. If anything big happens, I'll try to make it obvious *town events, happenings, etc* and let everyone know, so you guys will be able to filter through my posts to check and see if something big occurred.

Did I miss any questions, remarks, or anything like that since you guys gave me....5 pages to filter through?

Awwww.... hehe. ^.^ I'm also not too worried about multiple people, though I also want to make sure Anna doesn't seem like she wants to sleep around. My wife and I are in the process of looking for a third, so I understanding being able to find someone else you love too. However it's better to start with one person and build something with them first (I think, we're new to this idea anyways, haha).

I figured we were all adults (my bad for assuming?) and no one was complaining so I didn't think much of it. xD The thing is, Anna may very well make some of those same comments ... not directly sexual, but suggestive and flirting depending how close she gets to someone.
