A truck of medical supplies and doctors are enlisted to assist the villagers, meanwhile the Commandos do their best to apply basic first aid to their comrade as well as the villagers. In this time it becomes painfully evident that there is a huge language gap, their otherworlders speak a tongue unlike any back home, and this makes the rescue process more of a hassle. The women and children refuse to come up from under the the cart, yelling, screaming and punching at your men. To make it worse the only witnesses to your heroism are in severe shock and can't get out any coherent statements.

The women and children are afraid and it breaks your hearts to see them in this state. The SS don't know what to do with themselves and their are grumbles to just leave them. However you have something they don't have, a kind heart. You gather your resolve, and using your immense strength heft the formidable cart over from them. At first they are reistant, convinced this is their end, that is until they look up. Your warm smile washes over them, your broad shoulders telling them they are safe. You are not their enemies, and now they understand. You hold out a hand to a woman and her child and they take it. Your SS help you gently lay down the cart and clear the villagers.

They look around at your victory, at the raiding party that came upon them. Some have tears on their eyes but a few are steely resolved. Some children opt to cling to your coat tail.

Soon the trucks arrive with bandages and medicine, they treat the villagers, the two brave men that held off the beasts where a young teen probably in 14 or so. The other just a bit older, around 18. In all you have 4 women (3 fairly young with an elder) as well as 5 young kids (4 girls and a boy) no more than 6 years old. They are hesitant to board the trucks at first but you reassure their safety.

The surgeon, one Dr. Fritz, approaches you.

"Ve have treated them, and the boy that had his shoulder smashed is stabilized. The vemen and children are fine, physically at least." He pulls you to the side and whispers, "And while I admire your good vill sir, we cannot afford to be sparing with our medical supplies if we are to last another month before reinforcements. As it is we only bought, under your orders, I might add, the bare essentials."

His face is hot, he clearly isn't used to speaking up to his superiors but the scarcity of your medical supplies are worrying to the Head Medical Officer.

The villager comes up to you up to you, he bows on he's knees to you. He clearly respects you, and would go as far and say worships your men. He goes on to talking on what you assume to be the battle. He pantomimes and imitates your guns, even the younger children join in, they speak quick and excitedly, before the women chide them.

Response? How treat villagers?
>They don't speak German
>You doubt they're literate even in their own tongue
>You have linguist though
>Also further orders

"Don't worry doctor, next month we will requisition more medical supplies, but having a safe base is more important than having a comfortable wound" Felix said reassuring the surgeon "If you have any problems, just tell me" the man said before turning to the children and mowing them down with his mp40 "FOR THE FATHERLAND!" Felix yelled as he fired at the men and women, once the bodies of the children had fallen signals for the truck to go back to base, meanwhile radioing to the linguist at camp and telling them of the natives. The commandos and Felix would continue the scouting mission until they were lower on daylight.

"Herman," Felix said to the commando "Teach me, teach me how to move quietly"

The Surgeon was still fuming on your obvious dismissal of his concerns. Bah, whatever, the Reich is strong, you don't expect much casualties in the next month anyways. The villagers and the wounded are sent to camp while you elect to keep scouting, while a man down nothing interesting happened for the remainder of the day other than mapping out the local area. You return with the commandoes by nightfall to get some rest. The defensive fortifications have made the most progress, gun emplacements and palasades already up, with the metal towers nearing completion. The high walls surrounding the storage building has been foregone in favor for the actual storage building'a progress. Overall progress on the buildings are going well, the foundations and walls are set. The wiring for the generators have been set in place providing adequate utility around the temporary shelters. Speaking of which the men will be bedding down in the tents for tonight, but the work, has not allowed them to cook hot meals. They tear into their rations instead.

You approach Kaiser, asking him about him about his commando training, and if there's anything he could show you. Namely in the art of sneaking. He laughs, and when your serious gaze catches him he stops. "Oh, you were serious? Uh- well sorry sir, but I don't think I can do anything for you. My men have been trained for years and I suspect you'd get bored quickly. Not to mention that it would not match your style at all. In fact, I was surprise you wanted to come along for the scouting party in the first place. You're a capable soldier and a wonderful leader, and that is exactly why you should leave this sneaking about to us. Plus it would look silly to the men that me, a Lt. was drilling a giant of man in the subtle art of sneak.

After Kaiser finishes, you check in with the scientists and by extension he villagers. The research tent is up, equipment is set up in the open and the villagers were given their own corner near the infirmary. They're scared as it was expected they recognize nobody and being stuck in such a bizarre and exotic setting unnerves them. Dr. Frida Fritz, the head linguist walks up to you with a tired smile.

"Welcome back sir, the guests are well, but there have been a few incidents. They didn't seem to kindly take our proddings and questions and one of the men got into a fist fight with Dr. Schwartz before the guards pulled them away. They refuse to talk to anyone, they seem to not recognize us as the saviors, and have been very uncooperative. The children are afraid, and we had the curtain an area off in case anymore shouting starts." Frida finishes off, her eyes are are heavy but from here you can tell she is, for her young age, a very impressive woman, both mentally and... physically. God must have taken pity on you and your men and sent an Angel. While bookish, and sporting wide rimmed glasses, you can tell that even under the lab coat she is well endowed with very well kept long blonde hair.

What do?
>villagers Inda base are upset
>buildings going well.
>talk to villagers
>time skip? (Specify what you want to get done: scouting, buildings, etc. and for how long you want to time skip.)
