The ignorance of youth... Tecumseh sighed and wondered just what to tell Alessandra. He would tell her the truth, he knew that, but how much of it could she handle? She already seemed to be under a lot of stress and adding to that burden would accomplish nothing good. Start small then, Tecumseh glanced at his plate as he took another bite himself, almost swallowing the small bite whole.

I wanted to be certain that you were what I thought you might be. And if you were, to let you know you weren't the only one in the world and warn you that life would be difficult for you because you are not like most people. People fear what they do not understand, and they do not understand any of us. I've been on the path you've only just started to walk, all my life. It is a hard path, full of fear, hate, and pain. The broadcast from NY is going to escalate things rather quickly. It is neither wise nor safe to share your skills with anyone you don't trust with your life. So consider carefully what you will do now. What you do now is up to you. Choose your steps wisely.

Tecumseh returns to his food, letting Alessandra consider the information she'd just been given. He knew her life had been difficult and that it was about to get much harder, thanks to the nuts in NY. He hoped she'd escape the notice of those that were now inevitably looking for elementals, but knew it was a matter of time before she found herself surrounded by probes, wires and tubes.

Alessandra Guillory

Alessa maintained her displeased expression for a minute, before softening up.

"Well...Thank you, I guess"

Alessa continued to eat, trying to clear her mind of the information placed before her. She remained silent for the most part, waiting for anyone else to speak up. Jason wanted to, but still wasn't sure just how to lighten up the situation. So he too, just sat in silence. Alessandra finally spoke up once more after her bout of speechlessness. "I think I should get back to the dig site, thank you for the meal." She said, standing up and pushing her chair back into place. Jason simply got up as well, no objection, barely any show of emotion from him.

Talia Molina

"Well, I'm not an alien lizard, but I am a Jew with a goverment job" Talia replied mockingly in English, "Hope that's okay". She spoke with a sardonic smile as she looked over Dan. "Here, let me help you with that," She said as she reached into her bag and pulled out a first aid kit. If Dan would let her, Talia was going to bandage up the cuts from the glass, maybe wash out the particularly bad ones with some alcohol and antibiotics, and run a blood test on some sample's she'd snag from him during that.

Then, it caught her attention that the train had suddenly come to a full stop, and then it was moving...backwards?
This just screams elemental activity, Talia thought to herself as she watched it.

"Hey, you mind telling me what's going on on that train?" she asked Dan, pointing to it as it rolled back past them.

Dan allowed himself to be cleaned up by the kind, though Jewish, young girl. "Allow me to describe foah you what's goin' on in that train. You got a man made outta metal who named himself aftah that Google Browsah fightin' with a man who breathes nitrogen oah somethin'. Theyah's also two sistahs, one who sweats balloon juice and one who sweats hydrogen, a balls a' steel fella named "Jerry", and a beautiful young woman who is completely flawless. They'ah all watchin' from the sidelines. Now then, if you'ah satisfied that I'm psychotic, I think ya can take yoah leave now. Oah not, if ya want to hang around to watch some moah pointless fights between supah powah'd freaks."

While he was laying on the ground, Jan was able to pull his remaining glove off with his teeth as Chrome stopped throwing metal around the train. He continued to lay on the ground until the metal man grabbed him by the coat and pull him to his feet. It was at that moment that the Nitrogen element slipped out of his white coat and staggered away from his enemy to get some distance between them. He grabbed the metal lodged in his shoulder and gritted his teeth as it was pulled out and fresh pain shot through his body followed by a new pain of frostbite setting in to stop the bleeding and covered the wound with a thin layer of ice. "Now then, how about we have a fair fight like gentlemen." Jan told the man as he straightened his vest and moved into a boxer stance with both hands held up in front of his while bouncing on the balls of his feet ready for anything that Chrome would throw at him.

This wasn't Jan's first time in a fight and in his time he became skilled with some stand up fighting. He did enjoy his unfair advantage when it came to hand to hand combat with each time he hit his opponent with bare fists that spot if bare skin caused frostbite and if clothes, they became damp with cooled nitrogen molecules.

Tecumseh finished his shepherd's pie in silence and was about to call in dessert when the other two rose, announcing their intent to leave. That wouldn't bother him, he'd meant exactly what he said. He wasn't about to tell either of them how to live their lives, but he knew Alessandra needed to be warned that things were going to get worse. Having someone at the site to help smooth over any ruffles would be good for her as well. He knew it was a lot to dump on their shoulders, but they were young, they would find a way to survive, just as he had.

Dessert is on it's way if you want it. You know where to find me if you need me.

Chloe's eyes moved of their own accord to the gaping hole in the side of the train. It wasn't going too fast. She could probably find Dan and make sure he was alright if she managed to, well, not break anything on the way out. A pale green cloud hissed from her mouth as she watched the situation continue to escalate. Well, she'd sort of done what she could. Now or never. She didn't want to get a piece of metal stuck through her brain, or the effects of contact with supercooled nitrogen.

"Adios," she said, edging around Chrome carefully. She jumped out of the train and rolled gracefully(?!) along the ground while covering her head to prevent any smashing of her precious skull on impact. When she finally stopped, a dull ache groaned in her ribcage...but it could have been a lot worse than the bruises that Chloe knew would be coming around to haunt her soon. Stiffly, she got to her feet, dusted herself off, cast a worried glance at the train that was now speeding away, and sauntered along the side of the track toward Dan and a girl who had apparently seen far too much for one day.

Chrome looked around, and felt a stinging on his torso. His oxide failed, the nitrogen was now wreaking havoc on his body. As the train moved back into the station and the conductor gained control again, he finally took note of where he was.
"Shit!" He cried out as he fell out the gash in the train, he landed on the train tracks with a thud. He tried to get up but was completely stuck on to the ground. He realized with yet another curse that this was one of the newer bullet trains and he hit himself mentally for not taking note of that when he was moving the train back up. His was enraged still and shot out his magnetic powers, breaking the track and freeing him. He frowned however when a dark skinned man looked down at him. The man's eyes widened and he screamed as Chrome looked back at him.
Crappity Crap! Chrome thought. He got up by climbing up the side of the train track, no powers, just the electromagnetic power of the track pulling him. He looked around and frowned. People were looking at him, and he took note of a crowd that were holding their phones up.
"God Damnit!" He shouted, pulling his arms over his head. The fight would have to wait, he needed to get out of here.

Tecumseh finished his meal and excused himself to continue his work. He thanked them both for coming and apologized for the unsavory conversation. Putting on his coat, he moved back into the dinning room leaving the door open as he went. He returned to the front desk and buzzed Ms Bahti's room, asking if he might come up and pay his respects if it wasn't an inconvenience for her of course.

Tecumseh thought carefully over the dinner conversation, part of him said that he would regret having told Jason and Alessandra his secret, but it was done. He hoped his crew would be able to help with this, though he honestly didn't see anything more than yet another massacre as the world panicked when it realized just what some of the elementals were capable of. Or perhaps, even better, another Auschwitz where he would die relatively quickly(over several days), and Alessandra would suffer a very long, slow death. He shuddered, she wasn't his problem, but he knew she would be just as defenseless as his people had been at little big horn.

Zaynab Rousani

Zaynab watched Lithe carefully, taking note of his mannerisms and behavior. She did this for a while before feeling satisfied in her evaluation and returned to her room. After flipping through the Television, Zaynab took notice of a sound. She answered the buzz snd gave the okay for Tecumseh to stop by.

Talia Molina

Talia smiled in an odd, almost manic manner after listening to DanS description.

Elementals so closely together! This is too easy!, she thought to herself.

"Well we better catch up with the superpowered circus then," Talia replied happily, still with that crazed look of satisfaction at the mention of following the elementals. She was so fixated on jt, she didnt even notice Chloe approaching.

Jaden felt himself develop a headache from the last few minutes - hours? Good God he didn't even know anymore - and reached for Aria's hand without much thought before giving it a tiny squeeze to try and assure her that everything was okay. So far they were down three and if he was right that could be a good and a bad thing. Naturally of course he still had Nitrogen to deal with. He gritted his teeth as the iron cuffs on his right arm began to side downward into a whip. Jaden couldn't use it much but he was fairly sure that he could let the effect be the same.

Moving slightly he knicked the ground where the Elemental stood and sighed. He kept a firm grip on the whip while he noted he still had his fingers knotted with Aria's. He sighed as he sat down and gave her a small apologetic look before narrowing his eyes at the other male - the gray tone sharpening to a cold glower that in most records would have had the devil running by now.

"Can you behave now that he's gone? We're down three people....I don't know about you but...I'd rather get along and keep the peace instead of causing mayhem okay Nitro?"

He knew this was going to be along adventure in Italy. He sighed and looked at Aria and then at Aura - if Maria could keep that girl from freezing him he was going to be happy.

"So...we should be in the train station soon....we'll head to Maria's house and....plan from there..."

"Either way...I do not want this guy going with us...I do not trust him..."

Lithe was observant. He caught the unwanted attention Zaynab gave him. Unfortunately, his superiority complex led him to think nothing of it. Just to be sure though, he made sure to try not to touch any conductive parts of the table. That was the most obvious way his powers could slip. What Lithe was more interested in however was the group of men in suits at the table a few down from his. He caught sight of the way they talked to each other and their body language and he knew they weren't friends. Business partners, or more likely, Business rivals. He laughed silently as he knew how much money lay just beyond his finger tips. As the waiter came back with his meal he slid a hundred back
"You see the man in the dark grey suit, light blonde hair, and blue eyes? Make sure this gets to him and you will be rewarded!" Lithe exclaimed. Unfortunately, the waiter looked at the money and pocketed it. He walked over to the business men, but he did not give them the money. Lithe sighed with annoyance. People could not be trusted nowadays. He took at a piece of wire invisible to the human eye. He called the waiter back over.
"Did you deliver the money?" Lithe said, impatiently.
"Yes... I did!" The waiter stammered out, if Lithe wasn't watching then he would've known the waiter was lying now.
"Good" Lithe said to the waiter, shaking his hand, wrapping the wire around the waiters finger. It took only a few seconds for the waiter to make his way to the exit.
By god is he a cocky one Lithe thought as the waiter closed the door. Finally, he let forth a strong wave of electricity into the wire. In a second, the waiter was electrocuted. In another one, the wire was incinerated. No evidence but a stretch of ash ever so small was left behind. There was a scream as the waiter died and Lithe lost his appetite. He was a cruel man, yes, but he still did not easily stomach the killing of one so innocent.

Tecumseh was about to get into an elevator when he heard the scream. On edge and expecting more to follow, he moves back into the dining room where one of the waitresses waves over the to kitchen door. Arriving there he finds the dead waiter, twitching and smoking lightly. The faint smell of ozone added with the other observations made the cause of death obvious. Though there didn't seem to be any plausible way that the man could have been electrocuted. Tecumseh swore in his native tongue, something none of the staff could ever remember hearing him do. He order the staff to call the authorities and to follow the normal protocol. Security has blocked off the dining rooms exits by now, and is asking everyone to await the arrival of the authorities. Tecumseh returns to the dining room, security letting him, and only him, through the kitchen door. Each door has two dining staff and one guard blocking the entrances. Tecumseh stalks around the room, watching no one in particular, but relying on years of experience to point out any hints, any clues as to who the perpetrator was.

Half an hour later the local authorities arrived, and began sorting though the mess. Tecumseh had insisted that everyone remain at their tables, irregardless of the inconvenience to the patrons. The long and tedious investigation began, and patrons were questioned and then allowed to leave table by table. Tecumseh stood in one corner of the interrogation room, one of his smaller conference rooms, and listened to each patron's story. When Lithe's turn arrives, Tecumseh does not miss his... unique aura. He files the information away for later, but says nothing for the moment. The preliminary investigation ends at 0226, with the last of the staff being released. Everyone has been asked to remain on site until the investigation is finished.

Tecumseh is still ... enraged, though it is no longer visible to anyone who doesn't know him. he belatedly realizes that he stood Ms Bhati up, unintentionally and with good reason, but stood her up none the less. He crashes on the couch in his office, having locked himself in.

"Electrocuted? What ever could you mean by that..." Lithe asked the officer questioning him. "Why is it assumed that one of us are the culprit than, perhaps you should be questioning Mr. Tecumseh about the stability of his resort. In fact, I know my way around a wire. I could help the investigation"
The Officer frowned as he replied. "Uh, sir. We will not be needing that. What we need is for you to place your hands here. Files from Uncle Sam mark you as a Code Black criminal. This resort will soon be sur-" He doesn't get to the end however, as Lithe has traversed across the room by means of electricity and is standing behind the Officer now, another one of the thin wires now wrapped around the officers neck and pulsating with electricity. Lithe would not let himself be sent back to be studied by the Government yet again. The Officer fell to the floor, dead as can be. There was no sound but a choked out shout.

Lithe ran to the door, pulling his hand gun out and firing one shot into the air. He had one more bullet in the clip and eleven more bullets total
"EVERYBODY GET THE HELL DOWN" He screamed. He fired another shot and everyone in the room fell to the floor, except for the police officers. It was too late for them though. Lithe channeled the electricity into a blast and shot it at the police officers. They were knocked out, but not killed, he'd need contact with a wire to their skin to efficiently do that. We'll have to change that soon enough he thought.
"You all are going to get down and slide your wallets to the middle of the room. Anyone who does not will be shot on the spot. You will then stay here for five minutes lest I come back and shoot another one of you. On my count you will begin this procedure. Three, two, one!" Lithe shouted. He grabbed the wallets and stuck them his coat pocket, which was surprisingly large, and got out of the dining room. He then made his way to the office of the owner. He once again get that money and spend it on a proper place to stay so he was NOT arrested at every place an authority looked him up. He also tied his mask around his face. As he approached the door he reloaded his handgun and shot the lock. One bullet in the clip, nine remaining.

Alessandra Guillory

Alessa and Jason were about to make their ways out of the resort when they were stopped by police. Alessandra explained who she and Jason were, showing the id's that the School had provided for them and explaining that they were invited to the resort by the owner to get aquainted with each other and learn more about the dig project. It was then that Alessa and Jason heard the gunshots not too far away. Both instinctively froze as the officers questioning them ran towards the source of the gunshots. Then however, they could smell something like burning flesh wafting out of the dining area.

"Shit, Alessa let's get out while we still can!" Jason said as he tried to tug her out the doors, but Alessandra was firmly in place, eyes fixated on the dining room.

"You go, I'm going to take care of this"

"Alessa, who ever that is they will most likely try to kill you, or worse"

"Jason, maybe this is the chance for me to figure out my powers, to actually do something with them"

"You barely know HOW to use them!"

"Well, I'm going to figure it out then!" Alessa said as she jolted over towards the source of the commotion. Jason wasn't sure what to do, whether he should follow after that crazy lighting powered girl or get the hell out of there. He chose the former, going after her to try and convince the girl to get out of the resort.

Zaynab Roussani

Zaynab checked her watch several times over to see if maybe she was just missing something. "Hmm, I guess he's not coming" She said to herself as she laid down on her couch. The Lead elemental fiddled with her Hijab, trying to keep the fabric out of her eyes as she laid back, relaxing and almost dozing off to sleep as she looked out over the mountains from her room window. It was so peaceful here, finally a place without gunshots, tortured screams and the clamor of war surrounding her. This was the first bit of peace she had experienced since Mahmoud rescued her from being trampled by that crowd.

That was all interupted by the sounds of gunshots and screams from a distance away. "Damn, not now!" she said, angry at the fact that someone had broken her peaceful relaxation. Probably some common thug, someone she could put an end to quickly. Zaynab got up and opened her door slightly to see if anything could be seen from her room. That was when she caught a glimpse of a masked man walking past her room. It took only a few seconds for Zaynab to recognize him from his distinctive eyes alone. It was the man from the restaurant. She knew it all along. Zaynab thought about what to do, she could easily rush him and take him down, her lead like density alone would injure him she thought. She would do just that. Zaynab exited her room when Lithe was a distance away, as he began loading his handgun, Zaynab charged towards him, lunging at him to try and pummel him to the ground.

The first shot woke Tecumseh and his rage was once more boiling, though now it was contained under a cool... efficient, mask that came with years of military service abroad. Someone was shooting in his resort... whoever they are, they are about to find them selves in a nasty position. Tecumseh pulls the M48 out of it's locker and checks it, noting the slug in the chamber, he was about to change it out with a non-lethal round when he saw the shadow of a man on the frosted glass window in his office door. He closed the chamber and raised the rifle to his shoulder, as the lock was shot out of the door. Tecumseh steadied himself and waited for the door to open, not wanting to waste a bullet punching through the door. He knelt behind his desk, slightly offset from the door so it wouldn't block his shot any longer than it had to, and took slow deep breaths, ready to pause and shoot at a moment's notice, as he'd had to do so many times before. Except this time, none of his buddies were here, no one was here to help keep his seething fury at bay. If God didn't pity the fool on the other side of the door, no one else would recognize that there was anything there to pity.
