flameear and I are looking for some people who would like to do a roleplay based in whitewolf's world of darkness games. The setting would be modern and i have experience as a story teller. We would allow Vampires Werewolves, Mages, and Changelings to be played. If you do not know this setting just ask and either of us can explain and teach.

We're willing to be teachers and Wolf is much better at playing and showing through example. If you are interested and don't know the materiel feel free to pm either or both of us and we will answer to the best of our ability.

Some of you may know about Old World, It run along similar lines in that creatures of the night roam a world much like ours. Old World an over reaching baddie that isn't present in new world. You can also figure out what is old world by the titles, like Masquerade for Vamp, Dreamers for changeling, Ascension for mage, and Apocalypse for Werewolf. The rules have changed a bit and some bloodlines and ideas have been lost or altered to suit those new rules. If anyone would like one or more of the books we can lend them to ya over drop box.

Basically It's a world much like our own except more dark and dingy where the creatures of the night lurk just beyond the edge of sight.


You have the Vampires who thirst for blood and secrecy


You have the Werewolves who must protect people from the spirits that Those people have created.


You have the Mages those awoken to the true light and power of the universe who bend it to there will


You have the Changeling who through no part of there became monsters and run from those who made them.


You have the Hunters who try to keep all the rest under control and out of Mortal eye

I'm interested. While I'm not entirely familiar with the material I do know the setting and like it quite a bit. I played Vampire: The Masquerade-Bloodlines. I was also looking forward to CCPs World of Darkness mmo before it got canceled sadly.

Yay cool another person :D. And ya the setting is pretty similar to Bloodlines just expanded a little bit. The vampires from New world are a bit diffrent and more diverse and a tad diffrent, feel free to ask questions on what you don't know.

Please tell me this is still looking! I have wanted to play a NWOD for a long while since my original group IRL left the country. Even if I can't join I can offer Hunter: The Vigil and Prometheus to the list.
