@Lekkuen I'm realizing some people have telepathic abilities, and would like to note something... While it is more of a request as it could be OP I guess... but being chaotic and in disorder, nothing is 'normal' a reading on Impulse would result in nothing. Not as in, she's immune, but... no thought patterns, blank, emptiness. Would that be too much?

I'd say it would be more a case of anyone trying to read her getting a total blitz of random thoughts and images as a sea of swirling chaos inside her head made it impossible to tell exactly what it was she was thinking at any one time.

Nicotine's tactic of recalling music, or an advertising jingle, is actually one taught as an anti-interrogation strategy in the real world, since the person resisting wouldn't accidentally mention something they're thinking of if the only thing they're thinking of is...

If a telepath were trying to read something like that, I think the most realistic thing would be the opposite and she would be something more chaotic no? With her major mood swings and other characteristics that she has along with her. Disorder + Mental Instability would make it hard to get a clear read without everything going haywire but idk, not my choice

Well with her being a divinity of the Egyptian God Setesh I thought it would be more deathly instead of happy happy joy joy, if anything. While she could still have ordinary thoughts, no telepathic ability would really grab them. And if there was something still 'readable' it would probably cause a migraine of sorts similar to the effects of Disorder, causing the telepath to be forced to ignore it or block it out.

@Lekkuen Just her brain, who ever reads her mind or tries to. Just her. Like I said probably a headache if they tried, but that can be a no as well (Not mind splitting, just like hearing static for hours on end and getting a head ache as an example)

@Genni I didn't find that intrusive just a meet and greet and show of powers, it wasn't like he made Nici do a backflip. He didn't make a controlling action just a flashy show off. I would never do it but I didn't see harm in it.

Oh, sorry didn't notice that was a major issue o.o I just it was a form of telepathic talking where Fen reads the mind and then uses his own thoughts to copy the music and edit before sending it back. More of like a walkie-talkie, but I don't know. Sorry if you didn't like it, I'll try to limit it and ask next time ;/

I don't think it would be quite accurate for the one who implied that Fen was a DJ who basically makes music to simply put the music the 'makes' in her head, its not like he was digging through her head, simply skimming the top of what was obvious but again sorry!

Really I was deliberately playing it as an overreaction on Nici's part, but any level of invasive mental control on the other characters should be used cautiously, even something as benign as changing the sound of the music in her head.

Altering her perception of that song would have now changed her memory of it, so every time she tries to remember the song in the future she'll be reminded of the hip-hop remix version instead.

Personality: Quiet and simple man. He does not ask for much but is a curious fellow so the only thing he really ever ask for is knowledge. He is emotionally numb which is why he is so curious about the world and human behavior.

Powers/Abilities:
Rain, Wind, Hail, Snow, Thunder & Lighting, Sleet, Fog, Temperature Change (can only make it get hotter or colder temporarily with out any physical change to the area)Can sense, create, shape and manipulate weather, i.e. the meteorological patterns, creating rain, wind, hail, lightning, snow, sleet, fog and temperature changes.
Hurricanes, Snow Storms, Thunder & Lightning Storms, High Winds, Hail Storms, Heat Waves, Monsoon, Blizzards
Can discharge weather phenomenon, i.e. burst of winds, burst of electricity, small heat waves, fog, snow burst. These have no overall effect of weather and can only be generated from hands.


Weaknesses:
One of his greatest weaknesses is control. When he changes the weather dramatically in a set climate or area it can have detrimental effects. For example, if he was to make it rain in the middle of Death Valley, it would start as simple rain fall but then nature could turn it into a Flash Flood Thunder Storm. This rapid change and increase in power can prove useful in some cases but detrimental in most. The "Nature Trigger" is the earths simple way of trying to re-balance the climate, but this simple act can either increase the overall desired affect of the natural phenomenon or do the exact opposite and only make things worse.
Does not have a clear concept of emotion. He knows that he has them but does not know the difference between them or what they mean or how they are meant to effect a human being

Gear:
Meant to help with his palm abilities, while he has them on the abilities are suppressed.


Skills: Due to his emotional detachment he does not find many things enjoyable. But one of the few things he does are his strategy games. He has many different kinds on his phone and he finds them enjoyable (remotely). Due to his fascination with such games he has made life into a strategy game thus making him a great strategist. He can think his way out of any situation and likes a challenge.      

Brief History:
Eli grew up in a loving home with his parents and younger brother. But at the age of six a tragic accident fell upon his family. Their small town was destroyed by one of the new super villains. His entire family was killed in the aftermath and he was left alone. After the attack he felt numb and could not smile, the death of his family brought about his emotional numbness.
When Eli turned ten his abilities began to surface. He started with making small clouds then larger ones then making snow and so on. One day a kid in his class began to pick on him and make fun of his family (by now he was an orphan). While this is going on he began to feel an emotion he had not felt in a long time, hatred. This anger and hate made him conjure up a snow storm right in the middle of class, it was so cold that most walked out with frost bite and hypothermia except him. After he was moved to a new city.
By the time Eli was sixteen he had been moved city to city and foster home to foster home. He ended up in a small city in Kansas. He had no real connection with anyone for a while. His powers were  more manageable and the only thing he had to worry about was his anger. It was the only emotion he could feel at times and it triggered snow. He was working on learning how to control his emotions by taking the beatings of his high school bullies. On one of his training days (as he called them) he had been beaten so bad that he had broken his arm, although he could not feel pain another emotion came over him, one worse than hate or anger, fear. This fear caused him to accidentally create an F7 tornado. This tornado whipped the entire small town off the map and either killed or wounded the 200+ inhabitants.
Eli was found four years later, on the run, by a group named Prometheus. They offered him a chance to join there organization and help him control his powers.


Other:
Due to his lack of emotion he has no sexual preference. Although he is still a young man he cannot feel his own desires, sexually or other wise. This has left any relationship he has ever been in, in shambles due to his lack of empathy and overall caring.
