Yeah, I think the speech may be due soon. There's only so much that people can write about a dinner party before a speech, not to mention with the amount of people in one room making it a bit awkward and difficult at times. Already had to edit 1 post due to mis-reading the confusion and it seems like a few others are experiencing some of that confusion too.

I'm always under the impression that there should be motives and a goal. The journey can take twists and turns, but I'm sure that setting out to do something will yield some interesting results. :)

I'm fine with skipping, and I don't really have an opinion on what we should do considering the previous RP.

In my opinion, it might be a good idea to have the group brainstorm the route/have a chance to progress the plot themselves IC, before resorting to the previous RP's ideas.

I'm assuming Verdante has been retconned or is now uninhabited by humans. The GM left it in our hands so maybe we can decide if our route involves that region.

I'd say head north from what the emperor said (I'm probably stating the obvious, my bad).

So, uh, who's in which group? Sorry if I sound a bit lost. It's just to know in case groups end up meeting or something like that.
